Location and shower were great. Breakfast was really sad experience. Don’t choose this hotel if you want to have a good breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was sufficient and clean and the location was perfect. This place is no way a four star hotel. The facilities were very basic, located on two floors of an office building.

The breakfast was nice, perfect for starting the day. The location was the best part of the stay, easy to walk to the city center and on a pleasant area with lots of shops.

The only positive point was the location 1-A 4 star hotel can not provide mineral water for the guests . 2- Old AC machines in the room that was not working at all during our stay. 3- Poor breakfast . 4- Old @ Gonsumed furniture

The hotel is located in the heart of the famous Mariahilfer Straße and is just an 10-minute walk from the Old Town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. This is not really a hotel but rather a collection of apartments spread across several floors. The entrance is from a side street, and you first have to climb a few steps before reaching the elevator. The elevator is extremely small and can accommodate only two people at a time. The reception desk, which is only open during the day, is located on the first floor. Right next to it is the breakfast room, with only about eight tables. Breakfast was exactly the same every day and offered very little variety: a single platter with two types of cheese and two types of cold cuts, a plate of sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs. There were also a few processed cheese portions and some jam. The bread was decent, but surprisingly there was no toaster. Coffee was served from a thermos, and hot water for tea was provided in another thermos. Overall, the breakfast was very disappointing. The rooms are old and have a musty smell. In two of the three rooms we rented, the air conditioning barely worked. The beds were uncomfortable as well. Overall, this property does not deserve to be classified as a four-star hotel.
