Rathaus Platz Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Beautifully clean and comfortable room. The air conditioning wasn’t working perfectly.

Was really nice and clean. Had aircondition which was such a relief as it was really hot in Vienna. Staff were very friendly. Easy instructions to get in and check out! The showers are a bit intimate so if travelling with friends, good to have in mind (either a glass door or no door)

Very convenient with luggage locker, air conditioner very nice. Can see the lights of the shared common corridor behind the door. No fridge.

Die Lage war sehr angenehm, es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch das Zimmer war gut ausgerüstet und hatte das Wichtigste. Die Putzfrau war sehr gründlich und freundlich. Self-Checkin war gut erklärt und unkompliziert. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Im Zimmer hatte es durchgehend zwischen 30-35 Grad Celsius da es draussen 40 Grad hatte und in der Nacht ging es nicht unter 27 Grad, was es unmöglich machte hier zu schlafen. Wir haben nach unserem Check-in das Hotel kontaktiert jedoch bis 12:00 Uhr am nächsten Tag nichts gehört. Sie haben uns dann versprochen ein Wartungsteam schaut sich alles an, aber als wir zurückkamen war es immernoch kaputt. Nach unserer zweiten Nacht haben wir keine Geduld mehr und forderten eine Lösung. Wir wurden angerufen und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir für due nächsten zwei Nächte in ein andwres Hotel können (ohne zusätzliche Kosten und inkl. Frühstück).

great location in the heart of the city, closeby to all the attractions. clear room with everyday cleaning. a place to store your cases in case late check-in/out. not really anything to dislike about this facility. maybe one can argue that our windows were facing the inner well, with little natural light and other windows facing ours. but this really depends on where your room is. so far the price is great.
