Doubletree by Hilton Vienna Schonbrunn

Location was quite and enjoyable. Rooms were spacey and comfortable. Air conditioning was not working properly at our arrival time and we had to change our room two times. Hotel must check that AC is working before providing the rooms.

I know the hotel for years now, good location, everything so far in a good condition, nice breakfast, good parking, comfortable mattress. The drain of my wash basin in the bath room was clogged and the water didn't go down. Such things should not happen since the maids while cleaning the bathroom are noticing it and therefore it should not happen.

My room wasn't cleaned very well. It seems like a really fast clean with no satisfying results.

The attention at the desk was super kind! They provided the room even before thebusual check in time. They were always looking forward to help. Besides the hotel is beautiful and very comfortable.

The hotel completely ignored my questions to rebook even if i explained it was an error while booking (wrong month). Several attempt through the booking app and also several attempts directly by email and phone and the hotel just declined with no reason nor explaination or ghosted me. Very unproffessional and just simply rude. I wouldnt expect that from any good hotel.

It was so close to public transportation. Otel was very clean and staff was very kind. Greetings to Nida (new trainer) :) Breakfast was not good enough.

Pefect location next to train staation, beutifull park is near and Schonbrunn castle is only 10 minutes walk. Connection via U-bahn and tram is easy to all parts of Wien . Very good breakfast and bads. Rooms are cleaned every other day and that is something I did not expcted in 4 star hotel in Wien. Some reception desk stuff could be more polite.

initially the Fridge was not working , but complaint was addressed and appliance was fixed . Some of the bathroom lights were not working . Bathroom sink , the drainage was not proper so it would take a very long time to drain the water which resulted in stagnated water in the sink .

Delicious breakfasts. Beautiful interior of the room. Bonuses like coffee pods and tea. Disgustingly cold temperature. Windows haven’t been changed to winter mode, you could feel cold wind coming from the window. Setting heating temperature to 30 degrees above zero didn’t help AT ALL! No one changed our bed sheets, they were a little dirty but it stayed that way for the whole stay. Shower gel also caused skin irritation and dry skin. Please choose universal products that are ok for most people.

Your shower water could use more heating. Location is bad its a walk to the station to get any where

Rooms, stuff, nice sauna. Always go to this hotel when in Vienna (and this is 5 times minimum per yearl Breakfast must be better! Low options for vegans (no hjmis or similar vegan spreads, no paprika...). Also for example salami milano is gone at 8h... no refill available evan after asking the main chef. Also sauna is missing some small pool or batch with ice water for cooling. And steam sauna was out of order
