Garner Hotel Vienna by IHG

Clean bed sheets, clean floors, adequate shower. No air conditioning and the noise from the city is unbearable. Its a struggle to fall asleep at night.

It was too warm in the room impossible to sleep

BREAFAST -very good (in spite of extra money) The proximity of busses,U-bans, trains, trams Not far from museums and other interesting individual lights near beds are good was go over tight room in toilette shower so tight that seems to better can't breath

Location No air conditioner. This was especially critical as I stayed there during the heatwave.

Location near the station No Air condition, the electric fan provided was too small,

No AC not good for summer super hot, we couldn’t take it we move out

There was very hot in the room. No air conditoner. No fridge. In addition, the only one socket was working.

Convenient location near train station. Clean and friendly staff Nothing remarkable - just basic accommodations

Receptionist Natasa was excellent. She helped me with everything I asked. Good breakfast.Great location. Old hotel,steps,if you have to carry your luggage,it’s difficult.

No AC

I specifically wanted something close to the train station which this was. The bathroom had two sinks and obviously had recently been updated which was very nice. The walls in the room needed patching and/or repainting. The outlets didn’t all work.

I want to highlight about the FO staff during my check in, pls note the rest of the staff are friendly and good, but this person during the check in, I dont even know how to describe. This is not 5 star hotel indeed so I shouldnt expect treatment like at Four Season but I bet chain like IHG should have SOP. She was on the phone the whole time, she look at us so annoyed like we some kind of people who disturb her having good chat on the phone, the gesture was "I dont wanna be here, I hate my work and these guests, leave me alone". Someone with that kind of attitude should never be allowed working as front liner, she can upgrade her skills and maybe work in management level so she doesnt have to see customers/guests.

Old building was very worn. Bathroom was nicely redecorated but toilet area was too confined for a tall man to use.View of courtyard was terrible. No fridge.

They had a decent breakfast Lack of furniture in the room. Hot water kept changing temperature.

I like the location and value of money. Property’s doors / locks need to attention. Mean should be change to new doors and locks. Also elevator is very old and slow need to be replaced. Thank you.

Just next the train station very convenient location The WiFi

Location I booked and paid for a queen room but was only offered a single room. I tried resolving the matter, but every day I was told, "Oh, the manager is not in; come back later," until it was my checkout time, then I was assured a refund, which I never received.

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, quiet Wifi signal is basically nonexistent
