A nice hotel in Simmering district of Vienna. The room and bathroom were clean, hairdryer was present. A big plus is an underground garage (for surcharge). Breakfast was OK - a typical array of savory and sweet dishes (for surcharge). Rooms are in the 4th/5th floor and were already very hot in mid-May. There is air conditioning in the room, however it was functioning poorly and room couldn't be cooled - it was difficult to sleep...

The hotel has a very convenient location in the heart of Simmering, and the on-site parking garage is a major advantage. It is a suitable option for a short overnight stay, especially if you need to be in this area. The hotel and its amenities feel quite dated. The room was uncomfortably warm despite having air conditioning, which seemed to work only minimally, and this was not even during the summer season. The layout of the room was also rather unusual, with the shower facing the window. The bed was not very comfortable, although it was acceptable for a one-night stay.

Good hotel for 3-4 day stay in Vienna. 4 mins away from U3 'Enkplatz' metro station. Clean and silent hotel, with probably disent and silent guests. Nothing.

We went to a concert at Simm City, so we were looking for accommodation close to the venue. We couldn't have found a better spot; it was only about a 5-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean. I had requested a room with a closed bathroom, but we initially received one with an open-plan layout. However, I went back to the reception, and they immediately gave us another room. We were even able to check in as early as noon. If there’s another concert at this venue in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The wall was a bit dirty, but that is the only downside.

Close to the concert venue we were going to but also not far from the city centre and airport. Very clean and comfortable, very helpful lady on reception Could of done with a small fridge for water but it was very good
