Great location only few minutes from Schonbrunn, Hofer 5 minutes away, parking in Parkhaus U4 Center for 11 EUR/day. Nice room with comfortable beds, comfortable and wide sofa bed, nice and clean bathroom, tea and coffee set, curtains for darkness. Contactless check in with pin code. No elevator and the room was a bit hot, even if it was only 25 degrees outside. But we knew about this. So if you avoid summer season, it is great value for money ratio.

Nothing. Mainly lift did it work and gave the room in 5th floor. Owner did mot even know lift kit working. Also, I don’t feel the room is cleaned. They are not even trying to repair it. No intention

However, there were a few issues during our stay. The room was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning. Although we were provided with several fans, they were not enough to cool the room, making it very difficult to sleep and rest at night. Two days before our departure, the elevator broke down, so we had to use the stairs, which made things quite inconvenient. On the day we left, we had to carry our heavy suitcases down the stairs ourselves. There were also a few other minor issues, but they were resolved quickly. Would be great to get elevator fixed, but that was not a problem for us as we left all the staff in the car.

Hotel location is very good. Close to metro and bus stop is just beside the hotel. I had Deluxe room. It was decent with very good size modern bathroom. A double bed and an extra big single bed was available. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed linen and towels were fresh. The bed was comfy. Room was well equipped with a kettle and a fridge. A fan was also provided but I did not use it since the weather was nice and I opened the window. wifi was very good. This was my second time at this hotel and I had a pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Great location and really nice room. No air conditioning! I was there in the middle of the heatwave and was so incredibly disappointed when the front desk staff told me there is no AC and this is normal in Vienna...as a consequence it was absolutely miserable to stay there. They provide a very basic fan but it does not help at all. Otherwise, really nice hotel.

I booked the hotel last minutes and it exceeded my expectations. The location is very good. Public transport is just outside the door, close to metro and walking distance to Schonbrunn palace. My room had spacious layout with decent size bathroom and shower. Everything was spotlessly clean including bed sheets and towels. The bed was very comfy. The wifi was very good. I had complimentary breakfast the last day. Breakfast room was very organized and demanding. Breakfast was excellent. There was wide variety of food options, good quality materials and very delicious. Breakfast staff and hotel employees very welcoming. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend the hotel for all type of travellers.

The breakfast buffet was great- one of the best features of the hotel! The bed was quite comfortable as well. The location is also very convenient- a bus stop across the street & 2 U-bahn / Metro stations within walking distance- so traveling in Vienna is quite convenient from the hotel. The rooms are not particularly soundproof, so there was noise from the street & other guests at the hotel. The shower fixture needed repair- the shower head kept on falling to the floor.

The reception was not 24 hours. At night there were noises and you could do nothing about it. The room service only makes the bed and nothing else. They don't change glasses or bed sheets. Technically, they don't clean the room. The fridge was not working, and even though I asked the reception 3 times, they didn't do anything about it. The shower holder was broken from the first day. I mentioned it multiple times, but nobody did anything. The check-in time is absurd; there is no lobby. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel; at most, it is 3, but for all the facilities and service, it is actually 2 stars. The staff were not professional. The hotel is in a nice place and nice surroundings, but the management and services are awful. Also, Booking.com scammed me during booking about the free taxi ride. And they didn't allow me to book it 36 hours before the flight. Technically, this must be offered in the last 24 hours after your check-in and making sure the flight is on. Overall, it was my worst experience in Europe. And I might not use Booking.com from now on as they don't respect the customers.
