Every thing I love it

Location Room very hot and superficially cleaned, whole building quite dirty, would not bring friends and family here. Reception staff seemed overwhelmed. On the first morning, before 10 am and while I was in the bathroom, cleaning personnel (I assume) knocked and attempted to unlock my room. Good thing I left the key in the door. Felt my privacy was violated while I was in the bathroom

Cleanliness and equipment of the apartment, location in the center, breakfast. parking nearby. Staff at breakfast nice. The hotel already remembers something. Excellent location, in the center of the shops was the reason why we chose this hotel. But whenever we choose a hotel and want 3 beds, we get 2 beds and the other is in the form of an extra bed, which is much worse to sleep on. I would compare it to the dog Gregor's bed.. Parking was on a side street, we appreciate the special parking prices for the hotel, it worked great, except that the receptionist was reluctant to accept a credit card, she only wanted cash, but in the end she took the card. Upon arrival, I went to warn the reception staff, where a man of non-Austrian origin worked, that neither of the two TVs showed normal programs.. He promised to come and fix it for us. He did not come... friendlier staff wouldn't hurt

Great location . Close to shops restaurants underground . Staff were welcoming and rooms immaculate . Air con was a godsend during the 40degree heat . Continental breakfast was really nice . The church next to it is absolutely beautiful . Really nothing

Travelling as a family with teenagers, we were very satisfied with this accommodation. With an ideal location on Mariahilferstrasse, a large shopping street, and close to everything (a few subway stations away from both the historical places and the entertainment attractions such as the Prater), this was the perfect place to stay at for a few immersive days in Vienna. The old fashioned minimalist rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was hearty with cheese, cereal, egg, and cold-cut varieties. We would definitely choose this again whenever we return to Vienna.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and air-conditioned. The only small suggestion would be to provide a bit more information during check-in, such as where breakfast is served and a few basic hotel details. It wasn't a problem for us, but it would make the arrival even smoother.

Great room and excellent staff!

Having a washing machine was very useful One of the rooms we had was on the top floor and due to the many windows would often get quite hot during the day. The AC worked ok if run for awhile but maybe it would also help to have better blinds or window film to cut down on the heat.
