We are returning customers, and we love Hotel Konig, bequem, comfy, good breakfast, nice staff, good, Alt Wiener food wie in meinen Kindheit mit Tante Gizi. U-Bahn, Strassenbahn, Linien in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Mariahilfer, Schloss Schonbrunn, Naschmarkt, Prater in 20 Minuten entfernt, Schwechat 17 Minuten mit Wagen. They have designated smoking area right outside at the entrance of the restaurant/front office, and whenever we try to eat, there is someone smoking out there, and the airflow through the door fills up the restaurant with cigarette smoke instantly. They should move the smoking area further away from the front desk / restaurant. Very unhealthy.

It would be convenient to have at least a kettle in the room. Hardly anyone travels with pots and cutlery.

It''s actually is like a Motel for almost 200 Eur per night. For breakfast there's only cold food..

The location was very nice, near the Subway and Tram. There was available parking spot (16E per day) and it was worth it. The staff was very kind and they were speaking English. The bathroom was renovated. The breakfast area was very cozy and the breakfast itself was ok. The room needed one more chair, and the windows had no shades. The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom needed a little bit of maintenance.

Ordinary stay and cleaness, what you can expect from an hotel. Located about 200 m from U3 in a quiet area. In April the heating was switched off and the room was a little bit cold during the night. In the night the access to the lift from outside was free.

The staff that was today on due was angree and not friendly:(

loves Konig Cockroach on the room wall, room dirty, pillow with strange hair on it. Dirty glass in the bar. Almost anything from the menu is not available. Parking 16EUR. We left premises after 1h in room just after we have seen the bug, asked for a full refund, and never gotten it. Booking was also not fair or helpful with the problem.

The beds were comfortable enough however they were very small for an adult. I didn’t feel particularly comfortable because of that. It was probably one of the smallest beds I have slept in. But all in all it was a comfortable mattress.
