Hotel Mocca

The hotel is located in a nice hood and it offers breakfast It was extremely warm in Vienna while we were there. The room has no AC so we were provided fans that, unfortunately, were dusty. We couldn’t switch them on because one person of our party is allergic to dust and didn’t want to risk. The room had two windows that are rusty a low so not ideal to keep them open in you travel with young kids. In conclusion, we left it and got a room somewhere else.

Good breakfast, location is convinient - metro is in walking distance, Hofburg 15-20 mins on foot. Great value for money.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly but the room was really hot due to unusual hot weather, a suggestion to install ceiling fans ànd a bit of variation in the breakfast menu. Tv did not work even on news channel, have at least a movie channel. Fantastic location close to all transport,shopping streets and supermarkets. Breakfast too repedative, no real choice, especially for a long stay.

Staff,the cleanliness of the hotel..nothing to complain so far....breakfast was good I suggest to do the air conditioning in the rooms .

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is only a 6–7 minute walk from the Old Town, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. There is also excellent access to supermarkets and other shops nearby. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was also very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, so you can easily prepare and enjoy your own meals. I also extended my stay for one additional night. I would especially like to thank the reception staff for allowing me to stay in the same room despite extending my reservation. This made everything much easier, as I didn’t have to check out and move to another room. Many thanks to the reception staff for their kindness and excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was just so so The TV didn’t work even after we asked them to fix it 4 or 5 times there was no fridge we had to ask for one no air conditioning hard to sleep in the heat Breakfast was ok As above

I liked the bathroom the bed and the size of the room in general And also the location I didnt like that it didnt had comfortable chairs and also that it didnt have like a small fridge or something

Hotel is 10 minutes to metro and shopping malls, restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes away, ok breakfast.. No air conditioner at summer time, no refrigerator, no coffee and tea in the room, very very flat pillows, and very noisy from the street.. close the window is too hot, open the window is too noisy from the street, the cars, the buses, and the motorcycles..

The staff are so friendly & accommodating with guests. Especially the lady in the reception.( wearing eyeglass ) I forget her name but she so polite & represents good vibes with the guest. Thumbs up to her . Well recommended! Everything was great except with the pillows .I guess ,much needed to change with new one. Already flat & doesn't serve it purpose anymore

It’s very central, close to everything. Breakfast was enough and varied. The room was big, bright and clean. Excellent value for money. I didn’t realise that a fridge had to be requested before arrival, which we missed. Also there is no AC.
