Novotel Wien City

Close to Vienna center, a nearby walkway for shopping, cafes, restaurants and close to a Mosque for Muslims. Designated parking is at different building, so luggages drop-off and carry-out is really a headache.

Very good

Beautiful and modern hotel, nicely and smartly decorated, comfortable and at a great location. Within 10’ walking you will get to the centre with lots of stores and sightseeing. Right next to it you can find a supermarket, a bakery and an Italian restaurant. The room although not very spacious for 4 member family, it was ok and we were lucky to be at the 8th floor that has a balcony. Personnel polite and helpful. Overall our stay was great. The door on the shower space had a small gap from which you could see inside so not very private.

Really nice hotel and location with a cozy restaurant. Breakfast was a bit limited and, although the staff did their best to accomodate the issue, the room card system was down for about a day ( way to long in my opinion ), they could not issue cards to guests, and someome from the reception had to come with us to open the room.

Location Room size for 4 people is very small, couldnt place our luggage. Toilet is separated from tap and shower (non convenient for us). Parking is far from the hotel.

Location, price, general conditions. Room a bit small for a family. The room was generally properly clean however the carpet has a considerable amount of stains, which gives the feeling of unclean.

I had a wonderful stay at this four-star hotel in Vienna. The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and places of interest within easy walking distance, so we hardly needed to use public transportation. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I would also like to give special thanks to the two lovely ladies who cleaned our room. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and hardworking, and they cleaned our room beautifully and very efficiently every day. The breakfast was excellent as well, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, everything was great, and we had a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived early and they let us check in and gave us a room key straight away. Tbe staff were really friendly. Tbe breakfast was lovely and cater for all. Location about 15 minute walk to old town.

Location Cost for Value I scheduled by mistake 2 different dates and they didn't confirm to canceled 1 out 2 reservation. Very disappointed

The shower was very good , the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The service of the staff and facilities was excellent. The air conditioner is very good. There was a super market near the hotel and some restaurants. The breakfast was ok, a little expensive.

Friendly and helpful staff The walls are rather thin so you can hear people talking and walking outside, so if you travel with small kids like we did we advice a sound machine. The parking is not in the hotel so you need to walk a bit, in case anyone has a lot of luggage.

The hotel was clean, the room was okay, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, but we didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food. The location was average—there were plenty of restaurants nearby, but the main shopping areas were quite far away. One downside was the bicycle path right outside the hotel entrance, which felt unsafe as cyclists passed by very quickly. Overall, it was a decent stay.
