Reviews
-
Stayed here twice now and loved it both times.
-
Sofa’s mattress
-
Spa closes really early, they stop heating after 21:00
-
Location was by the train and it made it difficult to sleep.
-
No slipers in the room.
-
The room is comfortable with all amenities. The hotel is about a 25min walk from Schönbrunn Palace, we used a taxi to avoid the cold but knew that before booking
-
Excellent location. Staff was very helpful. Room was spotless
-
The carpet inside the room, its smelly and stained.

Many thanks to the restaurant staff and the bartender for their kindness and excellent service. The staff lacked politeness and helpfulness, and the facility was not worth the price. Even basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided unless requested daily. Many thanks to the restaurant staff and the bartender for their kindness and excellent service.

The staff were not very polite or helpful, and the facility did not justify the price. Basic items were not provided—I had to request a toothbrush daily.

The hotel was typical of a Marriott-owned property. Simple, physically on the older side, but clean. The snacks and drinks for sale on the ground floor was high-priced. Much more expensive than at the airport. The breakfast offerings were quite expensive as well. For Euro 14.00 all I got was a small coffee, a tiny glass of juice and 4 small pieces of bread with 1 very small bottle of jam. I would have loved to have some kind of cheese and butter as well.

The room was spacious and cosy. The location was ideal- close to the metro station. The breakfast was superb. The room was not very clean, dust balls were at every corner, towels were almost greyish color; not white as it was supposed to be and they felt like sand paper.
-
They were not flexible in delay checkout. We asked additional time up to 1:00 pm but they refuse in bad way.

Great location, room was clean and spacious

We like the feeling of "coming home" when we visit your hotel. Breakfast used to be delicious in your restaurant. Nowadays breakfast, we visited your location twice this year, is uninteresting. However, the staff in the restaurant is really helpful.

Service and breakfast was good, but not great. Bed and sheets were nice and comfortable. The rooms were extremely hit and the air circulation did not work. It was so hot that we needed air conditioning, but that was turned off as it was October. This alone made the stay almost unbearable

And the lady Margarita at the restaurant was really good. Richard and the tall gentleman at the front desk were very helpful. 1. No bell boy services 2. My room was so noisy, Room 414 is a suite but you could her all cars and metro sounds day and night. Very uncomfortable to sleep. 3. My room was not cleaned one day. When I asked, I was told there was a do not disturb tag on the door. The tag was not there. The tag was inside the room and not outside. They ended up giving me towels because the housekeeping was closed. 4. The toilet needs to be changed, it has scratches inside, one will think it's dirty. 5. Housekeeping needs to do a good cleaning job. They dont dust. 6. The room was hot, I know it was turning to be fall season, but they should do something about the air conditioning, there were some nights I didn't have a choice but to open the windows for the cool air to get in, more noise from the passing cars will be in the room. It was so uncomfortable. My friend was staying in another room, on the other side, she had a quiet and good view room. That was somehow comforting to me

Great room w all the amenities esp a kettle. Learned how to cast movies from my phone to the TV… nice. Was really convenient for getting on the U train. Free breakfast.

Location is pretty close to major metro lines to get into the city or to the Schonbrunn Palace. Small gym but enough equipment for many at a time. Rooms are comfortably sized (e.g. enough closet space). Iron in room helps for work trips. Supermarket nearby for any snacks or drinks you might need. Entrance was a bit hard to find

Good location, very helpful staff?
