The room is impeccable. The terrace view is breathtaking! The breakfast was excellent! This is an outstanding hotel! The entrance is kind of strange, but once you figure it out, its fine.

Good location. Bright room. Good air conditioning. Prior to the 4th day of our stay our room was adequately cleaned. By the 4th day, the cleaning was less than adequate. Floor was not swept. Bed was made poorly.

Maybe door should be added for the shower.

Great location. Great facilities. Comfy room. Very up-to-date and modern vibe. Wonderful terrace. Should not close the terrace so early.

It’s very clean and it has a really good terrace Everything was good

Friendly and helpful staff. 30 minutes walking distance to the main sites. Close to train, shops and restaurants. The staff was acomodating with our luggage. Breakfast is great! Great barista coffee. I would stay here again. Rooms are a little small and shower design is poor.

Nice central location, comfortable bed Overall price way too high for what was offered. 170€ a night, small room, no breakfast. Elevator always took ages to come, it was noisy in the room, very low water pressure in shower, no fridge, no water offered, dirty walls. Housekeeping barely did anything, it looked almost the same after they were done. Breakfast very minimal, no omelette, only hard boiled eggs.

The bed and the location. The staff was professional except for the cleaning staff. Everything. The room walls are made of paper. There are sound speakers in the rooms and you can listen to other rooms' music when we are supposed to be quiet and rest. People don't respect the quiet hours. You can listen to people talking, steps in the hall, and the room shakes when other guests enter their rooms. The hotel is a big mistake. Greenwashing. The cleaning staff tried to enter my room 2 times while I was sleeping without knocking on the door. This happened at 08:30 AM.The room was dirty. I found strands of hair in the bed and armchair. The bathroom was so dirty, with drops of dry urine on the wall. The light in the bathroom is automatic and has a 30 sec timer.so I found myself waving my hands all the time so I could use the toilet. The toilet exhaust fan doesn't work, which leaves the whole room smelling bad after use. The place where the towels are hung is tiny and inadequate. The wardrobe is small. The same happens with the support for the luggage. The breakfast area can't support the number of rooms in the hotel, so it's always crowded. There is no minibar in the rooms nor trash bins in the hotel. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone, especially for older people.

location inaccessible amenities (breakfast, coffee requiring stairs and I’m in a wheelchair and no ramp was offered) the housekeeping came at the oddest and most random times often waking us up from sleep in the morning and there was no do not disturb sign to put on the door. Our sheets were not changed for the entire 2 weeks of our stay. The room was NOT soundproof as advertised, as we could hear people talking from the bar. The room was also dirty when we arrived (dust on everything, disgusting build up on back of toilet) I had to purchase cleaning wipes and clean the room myself because it was too filthy to stay in for 2 weeks. Save your money and go somewhere else. “lean luxury” is what this hotel calls failing to provide the most basic things. why do I need 2 guitar amplifiers in the room but no fridge, kettle, or coffee maker?

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The staff were exceptionally supportive and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, the hotel met all my expectations and provided a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Nothing to specify, everything was fine

The location is excellent and made it easy to get around. The hotel has a cool, unique vibe, and I especially enjoyed the nightly movies. The bar was also a highlight with a really nice atmosphere. The check-in process felt impersonal, as it was entirely self-service with no opportunity to speak with staff. There was also some confusion around the complimentary drink for opting out of maid service. We weren’t given a voucher (since we checked in on the kiosk), which led to an awkward interaction at the bar. At times, the overall “hip” atmosphere came across as less than welcoming. The room design also lacked privacy, particularly with the shower not being fully enclosed. Lastly, our room faced a busy main street, and the traffic noise was noticeable throughout the night.

Location and funky feel Room didn’t any extra space, room for suitcases
-
Brightness of room (no dimmer on main lights, curtains don't block out the morning light, all in white)
-
There was no minibar in the room. It felt like everything was designed for very tall people — I couldn’t reach the window or the safe without using a table.

Was just brilliant, will definitely be back

Great location and very friendly staff

Great Breakfast, Friendly staff, and great location for shopping/restaurants. I had work very close by so the location worked great for me. I had a vending machine on my floor that kept taking my money, but the revolving spring never revolved enough for me to get my drink and food. Cost me 9 bucks to get my soda LOL. This is more of a comedy review. The hotel was awesome!

Good location, close to a U3 metro line. Clean rooms, good lit up mirrors. Comfortable double bed with two separate blankets. Strong shower stream. Cleaning every day. There was a kitchen and a snack machine on our floor where you can help yourself with hot water and free tea. The curtain on the shower is only between the bed and the shower so if you walk through the corridor the shower is transparent. There is no iron / ironing board in the room. The toilet door has a gap so you can still look in. The Marshall speakers did not connect.
