I visited Vienna as a tourist rather than for work, and the hotel was perfectly suited to my stay. The room was very cosy, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

Nice room design, pleasant area, steps from subway, clean and reasonably priced. Nespresso coffee in rooms, quiet air conditioner, comfy bedding when we arrived, we were told that we are getting adjacent rooms, and one room was ready and another is not. We checked in and left to explore the city. When we can back, the second room was gone, and we were given another room at another floor, far from the first room. This is not nice. We spoke to the customer service, were told that "It is what is".

Great hotel and nice rooms that have very good sound proofing to outside noises. Arrived one evening and there was loud music from across the road. Thought it would be hard to sleep, but turns out those sounds hardly made it into the room, especially with the AC running. The AC is something else I liked as it was very nice and cool, especially during the hot days of the Summer. Other than that, the lobby is very nice with plenty of seating areas. It seemed some of the staff were not aware of the services they offer. For example one helped me about booking a van to the train station. When I got a WhatsApp message two days later asking about the hotel, I asked about my van booking, only then I was informed that the company they work with did not have a van and that they booked two smaller taxis for me. I should have been informed about this piece of information right away to be able to look for alternative service providers. They also claimed they can only offer a service with this partner of theirs and are not able to contact other service providers! Asking a desk staff member later at night about the status of my request (as i wanted to confirm the 2 taxis) it seemed like he did not know they even have the service. Had to show them my WhatsApp conv. on the matter. They said this person works in the morning, check with him then. Went to my room and sent a follow-up WhatsApp message and got a quick reply that the my request is confirmed. Just wondering why the front-desk people could not give me an answer? All modes of services need to be integrated with a little more training may be.

Super location clean and comfortable

Very modern design, excellent location with immediate metro access and steps away from the Prater. We appreciated the friendly staff especially the night shift representative (I am forgetting his name, but he mention he is from Romania). He was friendly, helpful and offered plenty of information that made our stay and our visit to the city great.

The underground parking.

The location is great for exploring the city (20 min walk to the center), and right next to the Prater park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is healthy and of good quality, but for a 4-star hotel I would have expected a wider selection, such as an omelette station. Families with young children might also appreciate more kid-friendly options, such as pancakes and cereal.

The staff was super helpful and supportive. The room was great.

Great location, 5min walking to the train station. Very clean room. The staff are quite rude (except one of them) Price on booking and other site was different, almost 100$ differences for 3 nights and they had no solution for that. I have contacted both booking and hotel, no one got back with an answer. Anyway, this is the last time I’m booking on this platform - although I’m a user for 10 years now and just found this out recently when I booked 12 nights in 4 cities. All, all the prices on booking are higher than C trip.com. And I am talking about the same date, same room, same options.

Jedino što mogu da zamerim ovom hotelu je naplata parkinga za goste hotela. Platio sam za jedan dan 26 € i smazram da ovo gost hotela ne bi trebao da plaća. Sve ostalo je bilo na zaista visokom nivou.

The air conditioning is not the best. The room feels hot even in spring.
