Everything was top notch, fantastic. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were super nice. The rooms were the best we experienced in Europe. Will recommend to friends and family. Everything was great! Nothing but good!!!!

I’m a non-drinker so didn’t realize the “free” mini bar fridge in the room was stocked with all sorts of “free” alcohol including 4 bottles of wine that is surely built into the price. (Of course there’s no free lunch and also no free booze). So if you drink a lot of wine and beer you may think this is good.

Loved, loved this hotel! Absolutely perfect location. Great little restaurant and bar on site, which we took advantage of especially for cocktails before stepping out for the evening. The staff made us feel welcome and they went above and beyond with little extras including business cards with our name, complementary wine in the room, and the ability to purchase metro tickets from reception. We only wished we stayed here on our return to Vienna! It will be our gold standard for boutique hotels! Thank you for the perfect stay!

It’s interior and its size. We did triple sharing. I loved the bathroom and the bed. We had a walk in closet that was quite huge. We could open 2 suitcases inside. I liked their light switches. Everything in the mini bar was complimentary. Nothing

The hotel is ideally placed for the Spanish Ridding School and Vienna's extensive quality shops and restaurants. The hotel has an air of quality about it, nothing is too much trouble for the staff to deal with. Its one of the top 4 venues for brunch. Our room consisted of a suite withe good seating area and a view towards the opera house. The bistro restaurant is open all day and the food was excellent. There was a generous complementary mini-bar in the suite, topped up daily. No kettle in the suite to make tea, but boiling water could be delivered to the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel attention to details made our stay a pleasure. We really recommend this hotel.

Everything about the room was perfect--it was spacious, impeccably clean and the general ambience and design were very inviting and pleasing. Above all, though, we appreciated the staff for their professionalism and readiness, especially the front-desk staff working on the afternoon shift when we arrived (ca. 6:15 pm). When they realized that one of us had his birthday they took the time and went the extra mile to prepare a beautiful handwritten card with birthday wishes and to send it with a piece of delicious cake to the room! The breakfast was very rich in choices and of high quality. The location is perfect for walking anywhere within the inner city of Vienna. We particularly liked the coffee machine with integrated coffee beans grinder(!) and the fully-stocked mini fridge that was included in the room price.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. In-room coffee machine makes great coffee. Staff are terrific. Can’t get better location, it’s right across the street from Albertina and just a few minutes walk around the corner to the Hofburg palace, Sisi museum, .etc. lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants in the area. Note, bathroom lacks a bit of space for your toiletries, but we managed just fine.

Responsive staff Not only were they great during our stay but also afterwards i left some clothing behind and they made sure it got shipped. Location was the best. Cafe for breakfast was excellent and quick. Wine in room was complimentary as well as other contents of minibar. We had a jr suite which was very spacious N/a

Perfect location in the heart of the old city; immaculate room with lots of amenities including bottles of wine; large spacious room; just beautiful all around. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Nothing could have been better.

We've stayed here before and familiar with the area. Our room had a huge bathroom, which is great but...if you value your privacy while taking a shower forget about it! You can see right inside the shower from the room. The room which has the potty needs a night light.
