Great, spacious and comfortable room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great location, close enough to the subway station, next to the bus and tram stop. Nice surrounding. Friendly staff at the reception, although not very engaged. Parking next to the hotel. The weakest point was breakfast. Nothing warm to pick from, overall very limited choice. It started at 8am and at 9am almost everything was gone. Staff was not filling all of missing items. Also - buffet tables were dirty, juice spilt all over the floor and nobody was interested in cleaning these. A shame, as other than breakfast everything was fine.

Clean, spacious room, good breakfast but not so rich, not far from public transport! The price!

The bed was comfortable and clean The breakfast on Sunday starts at 8am instead of 7am like the rest of the week

nice garden no possibility to buy something to drink or to eat in the hotel. breakfast on bank holiday was not possible to order 1 day upfront - if you go there, take something to drink and eat with you, especially on bank holidays.

Mustafa and Floren, and the man with blonde hair and glasses in the restaurant for breakfast were wonderful. (Sorry if I have not got your names exactly right), and the lady who was managing the evening dinner was wonderful too. The lady who was managing the evening big meal was great as well. The lady on the day shift at reception, sorry have forgotten your name, was helpful and nice. On the fourth floor we had a fridge in our room, which I do not think was in all of the rooms. So ask for a room with a fridge for milk etc. The grounds are impressive and the conference rooms look roomy and big but the air con/fans are not that great, so you may want to look at the season before booking a conference. Train station is 15 minute walk away and the tram and bus are about 5 minute walk away. Supermarket is close as are restaurants but some close early some days of the week. If you are arriving in the evening from the airport, be aware there is no room service or food available on site and the shops may be closed. This is a conference centre with more like university hostel accommodation. No jug/kettle/tea or coffee making facilities in your room. No iron or ironing board in your room. These were not available for me to borrow from the front desk either. No fresh towels from front desk when we asked either. No room service or meals provided after breakfast. Some rooms do not have a fridge. Air con was more like a poor quality fan and ours overheated one night leaving us very hot. Mosquitos come in the windows even on the fourth floor. Some staff were great but others were rude, unfriendly and even growled at us as if we were naughty school children. This was on reception and in the restaurant. It appeared there was no laundry service available either. For the price we paid, we were surprised. We paid for an upgraded room and it was just like university hostel rooms, pretty sparse and basic. Long black hair all over the wooden floor and some in our bed as well on arrival. We ran out of soap for our bathroom. Convenient if you are at a course or conference but not for a holiday or pleasure.

Very polite and helpful staff. I stayed on thursday night and the hotel was nice and quiet, despite the wedding in the nearby oranjerie and schloss. The hotel could do with some modernisation, but apart from that everything was good and the hotel was clean.
