The stay at this hotel was perfect. Even though the furniture was a bit old, we were impressed by how clean the room was. Also, the room was cleaned every morning (changing sheets and towels as well). Also, the staff was really helpful and really nice during the entire stay. The breakfast, even though not very diverse, was tasteful. Moreover, the location of the hotel is perfect, at only 3 minute walk from a metro station, we were able to get to the center rapidly and without any inconvenience.

Very clean, well kept rooms that are comfortable. Amazing breakfast, and absolutely wonderful staff that go out of their way to make sure you stay is as good as possible. The rooms may seem dated by modern standards, but everything was in wonderful condition, and has a nice, nostalgic feel. Everything in the bathroom function well, which can't always be assumed an older hotels. Hot water, good shower pressure, and a nice sized bathroom. I have nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and it’s the first stop, which is a big plus. Trains run every few minutes, so you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes and always find a seat. The hotel was very clean and clearly well thought out, with everything you might need. Breakfast was excellent and really delicious. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The lady at the reception and the elderly lady at breakfast who kept bringing fresh items when plates were empty and taking great care of the tables truly made us feel welcome. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi signal in our room was sometimes a bit weak, but overall we were extremely happy with our stay. This is the first time I’ve given a hotel a full score. We would definitely stay here again. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was sometimes a bit weak.

Great breakfast, comfy beds, quiet hotel, close to transportation and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the area.

Hotel is right across the street from the train station and you can easily get downtown within 15-20 minutes. Much easier than trying to drive downtown and find parking. Hotel has been beautifully refurbished, the breakfast was outstanding, beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Ingrid at the front desk is very helpful with how to get downtown easily and what to see even providing a map. Would happily stay there again.

Reception staff was rude and their English could have been better, we informed via booking that we arrive late around mid-night due to traffic conditions on a long drive, however they acted like we disturbed them at check in and did not accomodate for private parking despite having advertised&confirmed private parking upon booking. Breakfast could have been better.

Vienna's downtown is a bit far, but metro station is within a 3 min walk from the Hotel. I read comments from other guests saying that in 10 minutes you reach downtown, but is incorrect. You reach city center in 20 minutes approximately. Vienna's subway and train system work amazing, so its very ease to reach points of interest from the hotel. Nice hotel to visit Vienna. I needed ice for a leg injury and the hotel did not help at all. They said they had no ice. Is terrible that a hotel does not have ice. I think they just did not want to help, cause is hard to believe a hotel has no ice to provide to their guests.

Very quite place for short stays with own parking place. Nothing

Very nice hotel, close to subway station and other public transports. The room was well equipped, with AC and even fridge, which is hard to find in Vienna as I could notice. As the hotel it’s close to a train station, they even have double windows to protect from the noise. The breakfast was also very qualitative. The hotel also offers free parking which is a huge plus. The staff was very nice to allow my parents to let their car in the parking space the next day as well after the checkout, while they went to visit the city center. ? Nothing to mention

This hotel is wonderful. Before retiring I averaged 250 nights a year in hotels between work and vacations. I rarely saw hotels this clean and well maintained at any price point. Ingrid and her staff really care about their guests comfort and it shows. The breakfast room is large, plenty of tables and chairs even during the busiest part of the morning. The rooms are very comfortable and there’s plenty of hot water! There’s free WiFi and a nice TV to help pass the time. There’s a good sized parking lot on the property and plenty of free, on street parking if you prefer. There’s even a Wurst Stand right across the street if you crave some spicy sausage. All in all it’s a great place to stay, kind of a blast from the past when the Inn Keeper actually lived on site and took pride in their property. We loved it!!

The hotel is lovely and cosy. And staff are very nice and helpful.

Everything is perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly and dedicated, Breakfast provides a decent variety and the staff is very efficient to refill everything quickly. The hotel building is not new, but it is very well maintained. Hotel parking was full, but the hotel provided a parking card, so we were able to park at the street. Hotel is located very close to the metro and train station and thanks to excellent Vienna public transportation system, it is easy to reach basically anything in the city.

An old charm of a hotel. Located in a quiet neighborhood but a 2 minutes walk from the metro station. Best thing about the hotel are the staff! They make you feel very comfortable and at home. Always ready to help with a smile.
