Great location, clean and accessible.rooms, nice spot.

Not enough bathrooms. Bathroom in a 10 bed dorm only had 2 toilets and only one stall that locked. Two sinks but one was clogged. And the shower in the mixed 10-bed dorm was completely clear which is an odd move for sure

Good location in town, nice building. Room looked newly refurbished. Not very clean. Stench in bathroom of sewage. Noise from street (cobble stones) and neighbours (thin wall). Very old bed mattres (we felt the springs). Bed felt like a hammock. Mould on shower head.

Mattresses were really bad - definitely needs replacing. Also there was a bad smell in the toilet that didn’t pass.

The hostel is located in the biggest city on the island very close to the airport as well as all the necessary shops and a big parking lot just in front. The staff is very friendly, facilities are quite simple, but for the price it is a good deal, especially with the breakfast included. The breakfast didnt have any vegetables and the equipment of rooms/bathrooms are a bit old, but considering the price it was a very good deal

The view is stunning, and the pool will be great when it is open. All in all it's a nice place to stay and hang out.

The location is great, and the facilities are new but not well-maintained. The private bathroom was not very well cleaned. The shower had several hairs (curly small hairs) on the wall and floor, demonstrating that it was not very well cleaned. The mattresses are horrible, very soft, and have loose springs.

The location is great, and the hostel is pretty much the only budget accommodation in Vila do Porto. There seems to be a general lack of care throughout the facilty. Staff at reception weren't very welcoming or helpful, breakfast is very uninspired, and I wish there was a kitchen or at least a fridge and a kettle. Seems kind of a basic thing for a hostel. Cleanliness could also be improved, one of the bathrooms didn't have toilet paper for three days. I fully acknowledge that the place is operating on a budget, but a lot of things could be improved quite easily and without major investment.

Nice location near the restaurants in the village. There is no fridge available.

It was clean If I find out that I payed € 61,75 for a bed in a dormitory and other people in the same room €20, I FEELED RIPPED OFF! The friendly lady said she can't help it

It's the only hostel so you have not that much choice. It's cheap and it has a lot of potential but is not really taken care of Dirty. I would like to ask why they don't clean the room and the bathrooms every day

Nice common room. Pool is cool. Beds are basic and missing power plugs close. You have to pay extra to be able to lock your stuff, which makes no sense. Breakfast is extremly basic

The place is great, big common areas, pool, very modern. Pool unavailable, coffee empty, cheese empty, toilet paper empty, hand soap empty. Someone is not doing their job or they need extra staff. The place could be luxurious and it becomes mediocre.
