Place very well located near downtown and Quinta Vergara. Breakfast was really good ! The room I booked was very small with the toilette extremely close to the bed with absolutely no separation. Shower access quite small and absolutely no place (i.e. desk) to leave anything. Also the acoustic insulation was really poor. I could ear every snoring from the room close to mine ... very unpleasant to say the least. Last but not the least, the parking they offered is full of limitations. If you're planning a stay with good parking facilities, this is not the place to book.

My room was too small. Hit my head on ceiling. Not a very social atmosohere

the ceiling in the room was diagonal and messed with my head in the night, the house was super hot (third floor) and undoing the bed, taking things away ended up in a super uncomfortable sleep

Cute little place with some cool decorating.. Great beds and showers with Netflix and a good breakfast.. what more you need? Oh and the Pizza by Jose was pretty good for my kid and 10 minute über ride to Valparaiso. Parking is a bit of a challenge but you got a winner location .

Nice working staff (at BNB); comfortable bed I was given a room on second floor and could hear ALL MOVEMENT ABOVE ME AT ALL HOURS ??; and THERE WAS BLACK MOLD IN THE TINY SHOWER connected to my room ?; and I had an issue with payment that no one present could help me with ? (no refunds so I stayed 1 week).

Staff were lovely, and breakfast was plentiful. The room was small but had everything you needed. I was on the top floor where they had a lovely common area to chill with a TV. Took a while to get used to the traffic noise and dogs barking at night.

Location a little far from the center and WiFi on the 3erd floor wasnt good.

Breakfast was fine. I really liked the wood construction and feel of it. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. They also were happy to help and advise as I hardly speak any Spanish The location was near lots of public transport. I was told I could ring the bell to get back in to pick up my case during check in hours after my stay, but the bell didn't work or they didn't hear it. This was a bit scary as there's no other way of getting in.
