Bathroom was filthy (almost asked to change rooms) Stingy with towels and it’s annoying to have to carry them down and walk them back up as you’re trying to leave for the day Good location I did like that we could borrow a full sized coffee pot Would not stay again

This has a mix of overnight, short term, and mid term rentals. All employees were great and very kind. The location was only 18 minutes to the beach and had great food and stores near by.

Front Desk Ebony was amazing but when asked for a late check out for us the property manager was so nice about it. I loved ebony she was great her hospitality was wonderful and she was phenomenal give her a raise. Thank Ebony for everything.

Smell wise won’t great , only one elevator that takes forever . Towels not that clean had stains don’t use ! Bed uncomfortable! Rust on lampstand. Curtains do not close , the sun will wake you up. Tv is really small! Discoloration on the shower wall.

I wasn't expecting the amenities that came with the room. It made me want to stay an extra day just because. I definitely will be staying Candellwood in Virginia Beach again. Everything was excellent

The shower was falling off and the temperature dial was backwards. There was blood found on our sheets and a pillow! The staff were freiiendly and quick to correct.

I like the price of the rooms. The t.v. need a up grade.
