Very clean amd organized property. Very polite staff.

Location only Room was dirty and smelled nasty. I think it's a transitional housing hotel. Customers were outside loitering. Police surveillance was high. I didn't bother staying there not safe at all.

Nothing when I booked I specifically stated my arrival time when I arrived at that time I was told that they didn't have any rooms. So why did bookings.com take my money. I need a refund immediately I didn't receive service because I was lied to When I arrived they didn't have any rooms after I was sold a room

Staff was great. Front desk lady Tiffany as very helpful and accommodating. Price was decent. You. Booking.com. The entire process. Booking.com took my money (about $210), sent the hotel a virtual card that didn't work, told me to make other plans when I tried to call customer service. Had to pay AGAIN in person. Still no refund.

The location The room the site was dirty the room had an odor.

Comfortable room, great setup with kitchenette and fridge. Excellent for a long stay. Water pressure was lacking in the shower.

Great location. Friendly staff. I was nervous about staying here after the negative reviews but it was fine. There was an issue with the shower faucet in one of our rooms and it was fixed once it was reported. Requested cutlery, crockery and coffee maker on arrival after reading reviews. No hairdryer in the rooms but could obtain one at the front desk. This is not a 5 star resort but I was not paying that. Woukd stay again. No kettle - need to use a pan to boil water fir a cup of tea. The accessible shower is not very accessible for people with mobility issues. I looked at the photos and did not realize it is still shower over bath. My bad as I thought it was a walk in shower with grab rails

The staff is very nice. The people at the front desk really take their time to explain things to you. The price is too high for to be a extended stay you guys could have a better point system where people that stay with you alone get some kind of discount, but other than that, I enjoyed my day. It’s too priced to be a extended stay and the breakfast could add a little more grabbing goes

Refrigerator Wasn't clean and shower tub was dirty had to put towel down in tube to bath,had to wait on attendant like 20min when checking in he was in back and yelled out busy be out when I can I feel I over payed for very poorly ruined and maintain property linens were all stained in bathroom towels looked used and dirty floors were dirty and just all around very poor stay especially for 444.00

It was a good price There were wasp nests everywhere. I booked a double queen bed and did not receive what I booked. I had to exchange the linens and the sheets myself for new ones.

No nonsense basic property no loud neighbors no odd smells
