Every time we went to go get clean towels, they never had any never came and took the trash out of our room didn’t even replace the toilet paper. Had to buy my own completely, not worth the money spent and how are you not gonna have any mini fridges or microwaves in the room.

I felt I had been transported to a cheap motel in 1966, except for the TV of course. The front desk attendant was okay, but not the most cordial.

If budget is your primary concern, this hotel is the cheapest in the Town Center area, but you get what you pay for! The listing photos are not an accurate depiction of this hotel’s current condition. It is very run down and in need of an overhaul. My room was also very dirty, with a dirty rag left on the dresser right inside the door, tons of hair (not mine) on the floor in the bathroom, makeup residue on the counter (also not mine) and debris all over the carpet. It did not look like it had been vacuumed in quite some time. There was a sunken area in front of the sink where the subfloor was almost certainly rotting out, and the bathroom smelled moldy. At least the sheets were clean and the bed looked OK. I was only there 2 nights so I stuck it out.

If you don't mind sleeping in an ashtray, you'll love it. If you think you can get a "non-smoking room, I hope you don't mind sleeping in an ashtray. And if you think it will help for them to come de-odorize your room, you are in for a treat! The room will smell different, kinda, for a little while. Whether you think it's better depends on how much time you spend smelling perfumed ashtrays. Doesn't matter much as it fades very quickly, or rather just, melds with it. Sleep well, and remember, right down the road is $10-$15 bucks a night more. With believable pics!

You get what you pay for. It was cool for one night. I just prefer “indoor” hotels. It reminded me of a motel.

The front desk staff on day #2 was rude and unprofessional. We asked for more towels and wash cloths and was asked "did you request room service?" We said that we didn't know that we had to "request" room service. He then pulled a sign off the wall that wasn't in an area that we were in to see that said that you had to request room service by 1000am and that there was no room service available after 500pm. He wouldn't even give us the towels and wash cloths requested. They only supply you with 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels each time that you "request" room service. There was also an issue with the hot water. Apparently if too many people are using the shower at one time, it "trips" the hot water heater and just like that, no hot water while you are in the middle of the shower. We did speak with a manager and he apologized for the experience and said that he would talk to the employee. Another woman was sitting there and heard me talking and said that she had the same experience with the rude staff member. The free breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal with milk and 4 or 5 yogurts in a mini fridge. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this establishment again.

It was the cheapest price in the area. But the room smelled like there it was smoking room.

Staff was rude overnight. They also charge you separately for the “key” not recommended at all!

Location to our attraction Bedspread was stained. Had a smell. Looked ran down compared to other hotels nearby. Staff was rushed in the check in process even though we were the only ones there.

I was extremely disappointed at the property.The pictures are very deceiving. There were bugs, spiders hanging over doors upon entry, heavy majauwana smells, skinny dipping in pool, burn holes all over floors and shower area. We had 3 nights booked and left after the first night. People pulling chairs out of rooms and sitting outside drinking and smoking. We had kids. It was awful. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here!!!

The front desk staff were fine, except for the gentleman on Sunday morning. He was not very friendly and didn't even smile. The property was clean but kind of run down. Doors looked like they had been beat to death. Breakfast was very bare bones, just 2 kinds of bread, a few bananas and apples, a few containers of yogurt and 2 kinds of cereal. We also smelled marijuana in the lobby and outside our room several times. The shower floor was very slippery, with no grab bars and the shower curtain was too short, allowing water to get on the floor.

Disgusting! I paid extra for a non-smoking room and it reeked of pot! In the 5 minutes that we were in there changing for the beach, my daughter got a headache and said "I can't stay here." The bathroom floor was covered in mold, something disgusting had splattered all over the wall and there was a cockroach in the bathtub. We went to the beach, came back and checked out. All I got in return was my $5 key deposit.

This place is great for a short vacation. Safe and comfortable area to be. Good price
