I liked the fact that the room was clean. The bedding was comfortable and very clean. The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It would have been nice to have some dishes, silverware, and pots/pans in the kitchen.

The A/C filters were very dirty. The room smells musty. The floor, and sink dirty. Had to clean the floor and filters to be able to shut my eyes. Got sick afterwards, needed antihistamines. All the family members in the room were sneezing with stuffy nose.

Nothing. When I arrived, I had to wait at the front desk (saying "hello" and ringing the bell to get someone's attention). This hotel booking is a complete scam. The hotel was terrible. I didn't stay longer than 20 minutes and was refused a refund after showing pictures of my room. The halls and elevator smelled of cooking oil and cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting with rust. My room window was left open and I could hear people yelling from the parking lot. The room looked nothing like the advertised pictures. I felt unsafe and voiced my concerns to the hotel staff and they continued to decline a refund.

The positives, The Location was easy access driving to Wal-mart and Wegmanns and the beach. The neighborhood looked good and quiet. My room was clean, water warm, pressure enough to bath. NO ROACHES in my room. The airconditioner a little loud. No iron. TV good. Top spread on bed I removed it looked dingy. I brought my own. brought my own pillows and roach spray.

There were cockroaches in the room everywhere and the elevator was broken and wouldn’t go down. You had to hit the up button and go up to go down. The manager didn’t even care when I told him what was going on and kind of blew me off. And they never refunded the money for the stay, which is crazy. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The roaches were alot,water pressure no good, I booked a hadicap room to not get it. The bed was painful.

This was the worst place upon arriving, people who live there outside smoking and drinking in the parking lot at the entrance. The elevator didn't work properly and smelled. There was broken glass and trash on the steps. Our room 313, had roaches around the beds, in the bathroom and in the refrigerator. It had no blankets on the beds and the air conditioner started to have a burn smell in the room. we slept in our clothes. Due to us getting there late in the night, it was too late to find another hotel. There was nothing I liked about this place or locations. I had CANCELLED our stay for the next two nights and now will not be refunded my money because of their 48 hours policy to cancel. THIS WOODSPRING ON ALICIA AVE WAS HORRIBLE. BEWARE. NOT CLEAN AT ALL!!! SEE ABOVE BECAUSE THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE. NOT CLEAN, ROACHES EVERYWHERE, SMELLED , TRASH, AND PEOPLE LIVING THERE.

There was holes in the bathroom door, water pressure was horrible, room overly hot throughout the night with the air conditioner on.
