Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Town Center

Given the other options in the area, I regretfully will not be returning.

The room was nice clean shower was nice and hot

Location was walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Not too far from the beach about 18 minutes.

Love the hotel clean staff is very friendly

Staff very friendly and helpful Hair noted in bathroom sink upon check in, carpeting needs updating, from my bathroom I was able to hear the guest in the next room using the bathroom (assuming coming from the bathroom vent. No fan in the bathroom to dissipate moisture

For the money ($350 nightly) we were pretty disappointed in this hotel. Parking is free, which was nice, but it’s across the street in a parking garage. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. There is a continental breakfast which is similar to a Hampton Inn spread but costs $16+. I feel like if it’s free in a lower level hotel in the same chain it should also be free in a higher tier hotel. There were random cords left in the room and the existing outlets didn’t all work. The shower temperature regulator didn’t work properly and the shower was either scalding hot or cold. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but definitely felt below the mark.

It was perfectly located in the center of restaurants, shopping and a wonderful outside venue spot.

The place is starting to look run down. Walls and elevator dirty. Room not cleaned well. Not worth the price we paid.

you had to pay for breakfast most places like fairfeild marriot down the street its complimentry but we could not get in there this year

Yes. I’ve never been to a Hilton hotel (as an honors member at that) and been asked to pay for breakfast. Disappointed

Breakfast was okay but also addtioanal charge if eat in. Most hiotels offer free breakfast with varieties of hot/cold breakfast items. All the furniture in the lobby was old, dusty and dirty. Some have spilled liquids, food and ripped. Hilton is an upscale brand and it must always do better. Please update the chairs, cushions and do some dusting.

It would have been nice to have continental breakfast for those who didn’t want full breakfast.

Exceptional

The room was clean, the staff was approachable and there was free parking in the garage. I didn't like that breakfast wasn't complimentary. At these prices, breakfast should be free in my opinion.

This hotel was beautiful and location was great! Room was comfy and super clean! Highly recommended! Parking is a bit confusing and difficult.
