Our first time in Villa Arausa - everything was as it was stated in welcome letter and reviews I carefully read. Room is nice - clean and beds are comfy. Cleaning lady's doing excellent job everyday by servicing rooms. View from balcony is stunning. City beach in front of hotel is a city beach - not very attractive and I didn't like it but it's my subjective opinion. Food in restaurant of hotel is nice - there is always something you would like better but there is no word that it was insufficient or that it was poor - there was plenty of food and it was really decent. Restaurant is not the problem but manners of guests are always object of wonder. ? Pool in next by Villa is lovely. Most of all I enjoyed wellness spot - sauna, massage and indoor pool. Animation for children is also nice and we enjoyed it. 1. Parking - 10 eur per day - please include charge in total price of room and give Yours guests feeling that You will take care of them during stay with You. 2. Seat's in restaurant - not acceptable to be dirty - every day I was looking for a clean one to sit on. 3. Reservation of beds by pool - absolutely disaster - I didn't liked watching people arguing about it every day. ? My opinion is that hotel must be consistent in enforcing the rule of "no bed reservation with towels" for days and days.

It's a nice place just next to the beach. Nice sea view and peace around you. Well... The food was not amazing its like a old school all inclusive. The food is boring and okey cooked, nothing impressive or mind-blowing. The rooms are renovated, but cheaply. For example one of our power outlets was about to fell off the wall. Some of the facilities are in different hotels with I mean it's the same owner most likely, but it's a different style and location. It's not like a fenced off place, so there are people passing by.

Room was nice and clean. Location is good. The reception and restaurant is at another hotel, the coffee in the breakfast was horrible. The swimming pool is at another hotel and there is only one pool for 4 or 5 hotels so it is too crowded. The lady in the reception wasn't very nice.

I stayed sea front view very nice. Properties not far to the centrum, restaurants and you can find excursion for boat or you can rent small boat with out licence 120€ per day restaurant about 500m. And you can’t rent a car in the reception for 5 days is 250€ and 50euro insurance but you need to pay parking per day 10€ it’s not free Swimming pool is 2 1 inside and 1 outside swimming pool outside is small and diveded by 4 building Antonia,Arausa, Punta, arausana for 1 swimming pool and its cold temperature. Foods is always disame we stay 12 days it’s said all in but all in if you eat in the restaurant de punta the rest in the bar you will pay your self. When you enter your room even water they don’t have, you need to buy your self.

Everything was fine, the food was good, the room was modernly decorated with a nice view, and by the beach. The hotel has its own parking lots and is very close to the city. I recommend visiting the hotel :)

Location Airco was not working in our room. Staff cannot provide other room our suggest something else at 30 degrees in our room. Reduction for this was also out of scope for them.

Location was great. Easily accessible to Vodice marina to go for a walk and enjoy the sun. The photos look better than what you get. Our room was tiny for 3 people, barely had space to put the suitcases anywhere. Had to completely unpack into the wardrobe for the 3 nights we were there so we could store the suitcases. The fold out bed for my son they gave us had pallets missing, my son’s mattress fell through during the night and gave him a fright. His bed also was not made when we got there, I had to do it myself. There was a draft coming through the door too from the wind. When I complained nothing was done, just told they could get us a new roll out bed but can’t guarantee the condition and that it was probably one of the better ones and nothing else. Quite disappointing for our family holiday. A lot of maintenance needs to be done at this place.

Localization was outstanding with literally a few steps between the hotel’s gate and the Adriatic Sea. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Food was of poor quality, there were very little vegetarian options. The greatest disappointment was that there were no local dishes in the hotel restaurant.
