Located directly at a ski slope, this family-run 4-star hotel offers direct access to the Flying Mozart Cable Car as well as a spa area with an indoor pool. The children's entertainment is ensured by the hotel's playground. In summer, the hotel is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking tours. Guest furthermore enjoy free admission to the Wasserwelt Wagrain, which is right next to the Hotel Alpina. The ski school, including a children’s area, ski slopes and ski elevators are a 2-minute walk away. A tennis court is right on the doorstep. À la carte restaurant available. This is a beautiful, cozy hotel with the most comfortable mattresses for a sound nights sleep! Great location with stunning views, a really great experience, super helpful, friendly and accommodating staff.

The service is really good. We had a problem with the shower in our room - and got responded instantly with a solution. We also had a problem with the safe, which our items got locked inside (maybe we locked it with a wrong code, not sure what happened) and also got responded very fast with a solution. Really recommended! The breakfast was also very good, and the hotel location was perfect for us. Lack of options for dinner.

The hotel has a very warm vibe, with a great staff that did its best to help out. The room was clean, the balcony has a great view to the mountains and the swimming pool was a lovely place to be when it rained. We had couple of hot days, and the rooms has no airconditioner. However, we asked for a ventilator and the great staff did it best and found us one.

The price was a bit steep for Wagrain, even when booking months in advance, the restaurant menu is not reach enough and we found the dishes too small and expensive compared to other places

- Sauna - Pool area - Breakfast - Pet-friendly - Sauna is only open from 15:30h to 20h - Although the check-in is only at 16h, the room was still not ready as we arrived - Bathroom door is of glass, which can be a bit awkward and uncomfortable when one is using the toilet

Wonderfull hospitality, huge room, well maintained facilities, spotless clean!! Breakfast was so diverse- there’s something for everyone. Good Cappuccino machine! Indoor pool is a great extra the kids enjoyed while raining. Nothing. Pure pleasure.

Excellent stay. Very good breakfast. Very service minded staff. Really nice with an indoor pool (with sauna and all) to relax in after skiing. Children loved it. Our room was just above the pool so very easy acces. Good cocktails also! All good! They even remembered my daugthers 11 year birthday and decorated our breakfast table for her. Really nice! Very recommendable place! Nothing really to complain about :) Ah perhaps, the food in the evening at the restaurant could be at a bit higher level, but of course that would come with an even higher price also, so we were happy enough.

Very helpful staff. Travelled by train with a young child and arrived slightly early. They pre-confirmed I could leave bags at reception, but on arrival gave us an early check in and room upgrade. Hotel pool was perfect, but free entry to nearby Water Park also great. Breakfast was very good. On the last day we were planning to get the bus back to the train station. However, the owner offered to take us in his minibus which made a long journey easier. Note there is no restaurant in the summer. However, I used the local guest card website to easily find local places to eat
