Very friendly staff, good food and a beautiful village. The room was a bit small, but we managed.

Wagrain being an Alpine resort town, the hotel is suitable for Ski holidays. However, we stayed in the summer. The location is just 5 mins outside the Wagrain town. This area is within 40 minutes driving distance from Hallstatt and Salzburg. It is set in a beautiful surroundings, up on the hills with great views. The Rooms are good size (we had a family room (It had two rooms inside, with one having double and 2 singles). The toilet was good size. The rooms had a balcony with some great views. Breakfast and Dinner were included in the plan. The spread for Dinner was really good; while breakfast was also very decent. The hotel also has a swimming pool, Sauna (we did not sue). Overall, we had a nice stay. It would be good if the rooms are renovated and add a bit of freshness. The toilets surely need some facelift.

Dinner was with good choice, the room was nice and big, pool is warm and open until 22. Beautiful location. Breakfast was a bit worse than stardart, especially compared to dinner. The coffee was awful, even the one from espresso machine. The coffee from the big kettle can't be even called a coffee.
