Checking in and out wasn't quite easy. Otherwise, no complaints about this place.

The owner doesn't speak English, and the furniture is old. The room was at the very top, and the only source of light was the door to the balcony, so it was dark in the room all the time.

Not much to be honest The staff does not speak english, they are very rude and not emphatetic at all. They don't understand what you are trying to say and they are not helpful in any way. I would never consider this hotel ever again.

The couple that run the place were around all the time and were friendly and always touching base to see if we needed anything at all. There isn't a self serve laundry area which we expected, but they gladly took load of our laundry and dropped it off in our room which we were very grateful for.

It was acceptable for a few nights just with friends only for sleeping. The hotel is very old-stylish, it's crazy that they do not invest anything into it. A refurbishment seems to be necessary. People should choose it only if the like the feeling of the 60's. Considering all this, the price was quite high....

You get what you paid for. But overall, I felt it was a very good value for money hotel, easy access to a local ski bus stop. Extremely friendly staff. Humble, practical hotel, felt at home.

The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast was adequate. The shower on/off switch was broken. Hotel staff did not respond to messages.

The room was very dated along with the shower and bathroom. The breakfast was free, but very limited. No soap or shampoo was offered.

Location and nature. The Wagrain Kleinarl sommer card is a total failure. The aforementioned summer card with numerous benefits is actually a hoax. It cannot be used for all gondolas in the region, but only for one and 1x per stay in Klenarl and that is a total disappointment, the Hotel does not offer buffet salad for the evening meal.
