Wander- und Familienhotel Erika looked after us very well! The hotel is excellent quality and did not feel like a 3* with rooms and the whole hotel looking like it has received recent investment in keeping it in really excellent condition. The staff were attentive and happy at all times. The food was excellent (breakfast and dinner which had meat, fish and vegetarian options every night) with some nights being full buffet and some with the main course served at your table. There is also two choices of cake and sometimes soup at the end of the ski day before dinner. The spa and boot room are very good and its a short walk to the ski bus. Note that its the last stop before the Grafenberg lift so on occasions the ski bus going down the hill was full, but this was not the case if going up the hill to the Fying Mozart. There was really nothing to criticise about this hotel. We would return without hesitation.

Nice staff Close to ski lift (5 min walk) Close to Wagrain center (Spar is 80 m, bars and restaurants) No kitchen facilities despite the description (NO refrigerator, no plate, cutlery etc.) Quite small room If you open the sofa bed, you cannot open the balcony door.

Breakfast was fine, sweet, sour, savory, healthy all was covered, if something ran out the stuff quickly filled up and was very helpful and nice, really made a good start into the day.

The stay in your hotel was a really pleasure. Very professional and delicious foods. Your stuff and Alexadra always ready to help if needed. Very clean room. Free car parking.

Very nice location, helpful staff, clean and newly furnished room, free parking in front of the hotel. Very basic breakfasts and poor dinners, often prepared from ready-to-eat products. Room does not have fridge.
