Pension Reiterhaus

Location is good in the city center if you do not come by car or book a parking spot. They have a ski room. The toilet was not cleaned after the previous guest, the wall was coming off around the heating pipe, the closet made noises with every step in the room (I recommended a fix with a tissue), and too many roommates in form of silverfish.

The property had enough space for everything, it was very clean and warm, the kitchen was well equipped. On the ground floor there was space to store skis and a dryer for ski boots. The property is obviously very old and some things were broken (our front door handle, freezer door in the fridge, dishwasher handle). The fridge and the dishwasher are very small and it was challenging, as we were a family of 4. There were only 2 dishwasher pods available for us, meaning we couldn't wash all the dishes we needed in this small dishwasher and could only do 2 wash rounds. The apartment was located on the top floor and there is only a narrow stairway up, no lift to help with heavy luggage.

Very kind staff, they prepared us tasty breakfast. Rooms are small, but nice and clean. For the low price and short stay, it was perfect.

Location, size, must be wonderful in Winter. We were able to observe city events literally from window.. Some tools are missing in kitchen, like plastic or wooden scrapers against scratching pans, grater...

Separate rooms, well equipped kitchen, center of Wagrain. "E" apartman (ground floor) smelled musty (!), even though open windows. I wouldn't go there again.

We were greeted by a nice guy and brought us to the studio we booked. The location of the hotel is very nice. The breakfast was good The electricity went out and we couldn't stay there. We stood outside until 22:15 at night. We were told that our money would be refunded because of the heartache and the alternative we received was not according to the order. The money has not yet been returned.

Location and staff

Very lovely guesthouse, with nice, comfortable rooms, soft beds and kind staff. Delicious breakfast. Located in the heart of Wagrain, close to restaurants and the supermarket. We enjoyed hiking in the mountains here.

The apparent was very good well equipped kitchen and furniture. It is a perfect location even with walking distance supermarket and a bus stop right at the door. Couple of restaurants and bars as your neighbor There is mold in the Shower room of the apartment at ground floor that we got but it is not necessary that other apartment in the build has mold too . This is only thing which bothered us. I am rating it 7 just because of this otherwise it deserve 9! I hope they will fix it

We had the entire house to ourselves. It was equipped with a kitchen and was well-organized. The hotel manager was very kind. The beds are incredibly noisy. The absence of air conditioning makes the heat intolerable in the summer. Finding the parking and reception was a real challenge. I personally detest hidden costs, such as tourist fees and parking charges.
