WiFi is very slow. No hand soap provided in the bathroom--they seem to expect you to use the shampoo dispenser in the shower.

The Alte Schmiede is easy access by bus to 3 different gondolas to start your day from so lots of choice of mountain Rooms are well furnished and the restaurant serves lovely meals . Rooms are a good size even the double room we had with a small kitchen and dining area . The owner was very friendly and spoke very good English . we came by Train / bus and the hotel is very close to the bus stop which is very good when arriving with luggage. please get you door bell fixed . Would love more pressure in the showers after a days skiing

Amazing staff all around. Owners, kitchen staff, and cleaners were just super sweet & helpful at all times. Dinner and breakfast did fullfill all our wishes, super cozy bar as well! Location superb, close to all necessary shops, ski bus stop just 30seconds away. Maybe our best winter stay yet, highly recommend!!
