Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. The owner made us feel welcome, which is an important fact. We enjoyed the very clean apartment, with beautiful views around, the swimming pool and the garage. You can have fresh bread in the morning and other groceries at the location. We felt very good and we will gladly come back. It is clear that the owner appreciates his tourists. -

Our family (two adults and two teenagers) had a wonderful 5-night stay. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped—everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Roland, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready with helpful tips, quick answers to our questions, and even daily weather updates :) Knowing that he and his family live on-site added a very personal and reassuring touch. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for unwinding at the end of each day. The thoughtful extras truly made a difference, such as the convenient laundry service and the amazing complimentary fresh bread delivered right to our door (we even bought the basket as a souvenir!). The location is excellent, with free parking and just a two-minute walk to a SPAR supermarket, along with a lovely café and bakery nearby. We genuinely loved our stay and would be delighted to return. nothing not to like! there is no AC but we managed easily without everything was just great i even discussed it with my wife. we both didn't find anything to complain about :) bed mattress was good and even the pillows were comfy no noise

The apartment was very nice, super clean, well equiped. The hotel facilities were also very good, with a recreation room for kids and an air hockey table our kids enjoyed and an inviting lobby area. There was also a nice outdoor area and a pool that looked lovely but we didn't get to use them because it was cold. There was free indoor parking. The owner, Roland was very helpfull and welcoming. Every morning we got fresh bread from the bakery to our door..We would love to coe back again Nothing

Wonderful hosts, beautiful location, spacious accommodations! Roland and Lisa are premier hosts. They take pride in thier place and it shows. The little details, like hand delivered fresh breads every morning, a friendly smile and a spotless room. This location was the first part of our Austrian vacation and we are spoiled :) Thank you Roland and Lisa! Nothing negative to say. This is a perfect, absolutely perfect place.

This place is amazing. The rooms are big, clean, amazing view. The pool is awesome. The hosts are so kind and welcoming. Every morning we got a fresh bread and coursons. The kids loved the playroom.

Great welcome. Perfect appartement. All facilities (swimming pool, kids toys, covered garage, …)and feeling like home. The service was exceptional. Everyday bread service at 7AM was wonderful.

The place is in a grate place to go on trips from,up to 1 hour drive from most of the attraction in Salzburg area . The place is clean, everything is like new. You get complimentary fresh bread on your doorstep every morning, pool and play room. None

Everything. The apartment is special with everything you need. Kitchen utensils. The staff is kind. The apartment is spacious. The balcony is a hit. A winning location near a supermarket and a quick exit to any activity.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very spacious, clean and highly maintained. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and playground, as well as the indoor playroom. The location is great, central but quiet, and there is a Billa supermarket just a few minutes away which was very convenient. Will definitely come back again! No fans or air conditioner, and we had some really hot days. Other than that everything was perfect.

Staff, location, facilities

This is one of the best places we have stayed in our lives in all the trips we have made. Excellent location, new building or at least looks new and the equipment is also of unsurpassed quality and level. A feeling that we were the first to be in the apartment. The apartment is very large with three bedrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom and private toilet for that room. There is a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen exactly as it says on the website. The beds are very comfortable. There is a balcony with a mountain view. In the lobby there is a reception desk that operates part of the time (mainly in the morning). Fresh pastries are delivered to the room every morning. A great experience and stunning hosts who do everything to make us feel good. Very kind and very helpful. Well done and thank you! There is not much to improve, it is clear that the owners of the place have thought of everything. I can point out the communal washing machine and tumble dryer, which were sometimes occupied. In such a place it was possible to propose doubling these measures. Although this would certainly be an exception. I will also point out that the coffee machine is not a Nespresso capsule machine but a filter machine. It is not clear from the website, so in the end we did not use it (the coffee beans are not provided). It would be nice if there were supplies such as sugar, salt, oil in the room. These are means that can be purchased at the supermarket, but it is a "shame" to purchase a bottle of oil, for example, when you only need a little for one-time cooking. We did notice that other guests left a few products, but that was by chance. It is important for me to say that these comments are truly exceptional and are not significant comments. The experience was perfect and we are grateful for it.

Everything is quite modern and super clean. They have a really nice area for kids and with lots of toys and our little daughter was super happy. The location is also really good, with supermarket and restaurants reacheable easily by foot. Ah, and of course, the manager/owner is the best! Always ready to help, with great advices.
