The staff was very friendly and they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was rusty and it should be modernized. The bathtub was small and uncomfortable.

Location is good with easy access to the ski lifts via skibus. Our room was on the street front and air quality was poor in the morning and afternoon when traffic was heavy. Breakfast was basic and the same every morning.

Friendly, helpful owners and fabulous breakfast. Traditional Austrian hospitality. Great location in the town with easy access to the ski slopes and 1 hour from Salzburg. The twin room we booked was very small and very hot. We had booked on a tight budget, so we were expecting this. This room was in the eves of the roof and the radiator either on or off. The beds were very comfortable, though, and for a couple of nights it was OK.

Very nice small town in the Alps. Good location. The door was broken. It wasn't safe at the room to leave luggage...and sleep at night. When we called to reception, administrator said something about next week repair...?

Very friendly host. We were there hours too early and he wasn't at the location but when we called he came to the hotel to let us in and give us the key to our rooms. Breakfast was also amazing.

The place was very beautiful and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Bus service. But that's not the hotel's fault.

The main staff Martín was very attentive and helpful. The location is great with a parking space. The beds are comfortable. The shower had mold in between the tiles, the carpet in the rooms were dusty and the curtains and bed sheets had stains. The breakfast could be more varied.

Lovely location, near beautiful nature trails. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Very spacious room in a traditional guesthouse. WiFi connection very poor in bedroom. No toiletries. No fridge for guests available.

The hotel is centrally located in the village and close to Liechtensteinklamm, has very friendly staff and a good, extensive breakfast. The room was very basic, not very big and quite warm. There was no climate control or air conditioning. In that respect, the price was high if you look at the price/quality ratio.

The place is in Wagrain and is located close to the Center. Good restaurants like Lombardi were close by and walking distance. We were able to check-in to the property late (at around 9:30pm) and pay the tourist tax and car park fee the next day. The breakfast was pretty decent: there was hot foods like scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon; plenty of good bread, cheeses and cold cuts; yogurts, milk, sliced vegetables and cereal. The property didn’t have bathroom amenities like shampoo and body wash. It would have been nice to know this in advance so that we could pack those amenities. Since it was pretty hot, it would have been nice to have a stand fan in the room to keep the place cool at night.

Clean, comfortable room. Parking on premises. Fairly quiet despite being by a main road. Restaurants, bakery and entertainment nearby. Staff was friendly, but only spoke German. The advertised free internet does not reach the higher floors including the room we had booked.

When we arrived we realised the the location is great, then we meet the staff that was realy nice. The room was clean and beds comfortable. And the breakfast was realy good. I wasn't expecting to be this nice for the price we paid, especially for Austria. That we had to leave, as we were on transit.
