The apartment in the annex building is located in a separate building called Centerhouse Wagrain, which seems to be new. Check in is done via a self check in terminal near the entrance of the building. We were able to enter the apartment 30 minutes earlier than we selected. The apartment was small but equipped with everything needed for a 3 day stay. The bathroom is quite spacious. Ski room is located on the ground floor and is very easily accessible from the outside of the building. During our stay there was a lot of free parking spaces under the building or in it's vicinity. Location of the accomodation is perfect for visiting Wagrain city centre and is also in a walking distance (5 minutes in ski boots) from the gondola.

I didn"t like, that I was not infromed that my accomodation is 5 min walk away from the hotel. Also for the breakfast we were very far from the buffet. You need to go through 3 room to achive our table :-(

It could be a good place, but I believe some members of the staff need some extra training on hospitality. We were above the bar on the 3rd floor. On Saturday night I could clearly hear the bass until 1:30 AM. The next day I told this at the reception and the answer was basically that they can rebook the room, but that will cost extra. Now we've payed 1050 EUR for a room for 2 for 3 nights and the receptionist tells me that sleeping before 1:30 AM costs extra money?? That is not good service at all whatsoever and I promised that I will write this along with a weak rating, so enjoy.. I have to tell that the other 2 nights we spent there were better, but I believe this is to be attributed to luck as they weren't many guests at the bar, so they closed earlier. Breakfast and dinner was very average, nothing special. What blew my mind was that when I ordered a capuccino at the end of a dinner for 6 EUR and they brought a normal coffe due to a misunderstanding, they started making excuses and didn't replace it. Now the self-price of a cappucino should be around 1-2 EUR and if I had received what I actually ordered I had definately given 2 EUR extra, so they had been exactly the same off moneywise, but with a satisfied customer. Instead of this they made excuses and didn't replace the coffe..

The staff were friendly and welcoming.. The room was large with nice views of the town and mountains. The wellness area and small pool were pleasant. The food was excellent. We stayed in the winter months and the ski buses were frequent.

The room is super spacious and we loved especially the huge wardrobe. Seating area in the room is also very nice. The hotel has nice and spacious ski and ski-boot rooms. Breakfast was really rich and good. Parking is a little tricky in the village centre, but the hotel has sorted that out neatly in the surroundings, we have always been able to park comfortably and the walk from the parking is short from all options. All dining areas are quite distributed all over the base floor of the hotel, so in our case it's been quite a walk back and forth from where the breakfast buffet was offered to out places. I would suggest offering some trays, so it could be done in one trip. In every case, we had no handicaps and I'm sure the staff would find us a closer spot if we needed one.
