Location is amazing for skiing an it’s clean. The atmosphere and design is extremely generic and done without preserving any of the Austrian alpine soul and coziness. The hotel looks like it was designed by AI for robots rather than humans wanting to enjoy the Austrian mountains. The spa has good facilities but doesn’t have any atmosphere where you’d want to relax for a long time.

Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Good food. Pool temperature slightly too cold. Asking for a tip after each sign off for the bill made us feel a bit awkward. Perhaps could have had soft drinks included in evening meal for the price paid.

Individually lockable ski cabinets dedicated for each room is a great solution.

Location 2 min walk to ski lift, ski depot lockers and teenage room! There was also a cinema which is great idea! Heat controller in the room was not working. Temperature in the room over night was insane

The hotel is right next to the Grafenberg lift. It takes a few minutes to walk to the supermarket and town centre. Breakfast was extensive with eggs and omelettes cooked to order. The choice of three restaurants, all buffet style, suited our group. Each restaurant would cook a fresh dish to order e.g. noodles in the Asian restaurant. The spa area was excellent. We had a “style” double room which was very comfortable. For a 4* hotel the bar prices were good e.g 30 euros for a bottle of decent wine. The bathrooms were lovely but didn’t have a door on the shower (the toilet did!), this open style wouldn’t suit everyone. Generally the bars shut quite early although one was available until 12pm.

Very nice hotel - situated just next to the slope, offering plenty of opportunities for skiing lovers. Very comfortable soundproof rooms with nice contemporary design and convenient beds. Good food with the big choice for breakfast and nice buffet concept of dinners. Very good equipment, offered by the rental shop, situated in the hotel. last but not least - very friendly and helpful personnel, creating special unforgettable vibe of the place. Thank you for the nice vacation!
