Public bath, sauna, and outdoor bath all excellent…. Rooms were small but well designed with internal noise blocking door No dinner was offered, but instead after 9:30 PM had free ramen

You are so close to the train station and a taxi service stays outside the hotel. The breakfast leans more to Japanese tastes but it wasn't bad. Very clean and fresh.

Very good price, room is spacious and they even have a nice onsen public bath on the top floor with nice view. Parking cost 1000yen although not expensive, but in Wakkanai hotel area I am really surprised that we need to pay for Parking as plenty of parking space all around the hotel

Bed is too soft, my back was hurt next morning

close to train station, about 5 mins walking. Free ice cream. Free Ramen noodles at night (we did not taste it since too tired to wait after 9:30 pm)

Delicious breakfast, and rooms and facilities were on par for the dormy inn brand. Free washing machine in the onsen rooms. Great location, walking distance to many places. There's a warm waiting room while waiting for your car to come out from the elevator. Nothing, everything was great!

Location close to JR Wakkanai, very clean&comfortable room,nice onsen ,and good breakfast. The hotel doesn’t except cash card ( travel card) , they seem to don’t know how to use it.

Beautiful view from onsen bath and powerful mineral thermal water. View from room. Free coffee. Free ice cream and yakult drinks. Breakfast is overpriced. No shuttle bus.

The location was great! Easy to access by car, close to parks and the ocean. Only one pillow on the bed.

The room is spacious! The bath is really nice, clean, and secure, the experience felt relaxing and luxurious. Multiple laundry machines is an added convenience.

Honestly, my stay at the hotel was great—just like any other Dormy Inn in Japan. Well, except for one not-so-great staff member. The old men manning the parking elevator were hostile, aggressive and unkind. They tried to insist I stash my rental car in there (rather than parking for a few minutes outside while I checked in), even though I told them I needed to return the car soon. When I went against them and parked on the street in spite of their insistence, they literally chased me into the hotel lobby.
