Staff- rude! Came knocking on our room door asking what’s going on as if we had done something wrong. Said that we were stomping and yelling, which is total false. She even threatened to call the police on us. Parking- minimal. But there was some! Air conditioning- not too powerful!

Clean and comfortable. It was noisy from freeway traffic. I used earplugs which helped a little.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious with a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker provided. Convenient location to walk downtown or drive to various places in the area. Staff were very friendly and professional and everything felt smooth and easy staying there. I appreciated the simplicity and good value. There is some traffic noise from the nearby highway, but it’s really not bad at all - I slept with earplugs just to have a bit more quiet. Also half the parking spaces were blocked off (apparently the neighboring building was shedding stucco pieces), so the lot filled up quickly - fortunately I was able to find a spot both nights I stayed.

I would suggest that the property management consider installing better electrical outlets as my iPhone charger kept slipping down and out of the socket. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as I had trouble keeping my iPhone charged during my stay and had to depend on charging it in my car rental.

We always stay here when visiting relatives in the area. It’s not fancy but is always clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff. It also has easy access to freeways, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend.

It was on the right location with walking distance to downtown, the bed was amazing, the room was nice except the shower, the water pressure was too much but other then that great

We’ve stayed there before. Mentioned to the staff. They gave us the same room. Superb. Parking can be a little challenging. But, that’s SO minor - since it’s free, onsite. (Really, not even a negative…)
