Clean, well-maintained room, convenient location was adjacent to the freeway. I would have preferred access to an ironing board and iron, but I didn't ask at the desk, so maybe it would have been available. Also, limited hours of desk help availability is why the price was so reasonable.

There was a cockroach running through my bathroom and the television in my room did not work.

We have stayed a couple of times at this property. The rooms are clean and the location convenient to much of the east bay. Although there is lots of free parking, for reasons unknown, some of the other guests were taking up two spaces per car at the spots directly in front of the rooms and a van who could be parked in handicapped spots was in another prime spot. Not the hotels fault but it was annoying.

I loved everything about the property, but I did not like one of the employees. One of the staff members was very rude. The lady at the front desk was very rude when I came into get a second key she said how can I help you and then said what do you want and that put me off because that’s no way to treat a guest. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for many years and that’s not how you should act to a customer. I don’t know her name, but I know that Christian who worked at the front desk was superb. He helped me find places that I could go eat for lunch and dinner while I was staying there and even gave me a list of places that were nearby. I feel he went above and beyond and the lady was rude and condescending. She was Evenrude and condescending when I went to check out. Christian again was checking me out and I was asking him for places for breakfast and he recommended a few places if it wasn’t for Christian I would never go back to that location.

Location made access to the highway easy.

the hotel is clean and staff is friendly. It is near freeway and it is very easy access But it is near the freeway and it is very noise during the night. The AC unit is very noise also

For one night, it was OK older place not modern, but the price was worth it

Freeway overpass. However, the room was quiet and dark (important to me) with very efficient aircon. Would stay again.
