we got charged 14$ at the end and no one told us about it and we were trying to reach out to them to know why we got charged

Place was clean and modern no complaints there. Had a difficult time with wifi first 2 days no cell service in the room so that was a bummer. They connected me to a marriot wifi support and was able to resolve the issue. Iron was leaking water everywhere gave my clothes a weird smell first day. Room had a small coffee bar and got 1 cup for the 4 days no coffee bar at 5am in lobby luckily we have coffee at work.

I like that they kept the coffee and tea out in the lobby for your convenience. I was there on business and the week prior stayed at the Westin Fairfield was more modern and I felt like it was a lot Cleaner although I have to say there was a hair in the tub other than that no issues

This was a trip for a concert I was going to in Boston at Fenway. The location is 25-30 min from Fenway so it was good location to stay without paying high Boston Hotel prices. The lobby was very relaxing and nice ambience. The room was very clean and comfortable. Just be aware they charge a parking fee for you car.

1 of 2 elevators is not working. The front desk indicated that the contractor can not obtain replacement parts as the unit is 14 years old. This is IMO a safety issue, esp for older clients.

Nice building, comfortable building, and my room smell nice. Great breakfast as well.

The interior design is good. The windows were not soundproof, and the traffic noise came through constantly.
