"The kitchen facilities were disappointing. Although my booking included a coffee maker, there wasn't one in the room. After raising the issue, I was moved to another room that did have a coffee maker, but it used capsules that were impossible to find. Unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn’t tell me where to buy them either, which made the whole experience frustrating.
