There was nothing there. I have made complaint same time. It was a scam. On the door it was out of use mention. There was no any lock. I kept knocking but there was no any property there. There was nothing there. I have made complaint same time. It was a scam. On the door it was out of use mention. There was no any lock. I kept knocking but there was no any property there. I applied for refund but nothing happened. I went to 3rd or 4 th floor on stairs, there was no any elevator 3 times. It was the worst experience of my life.

Bed mattress was already over-user, when you lie down your head and shouldeslrs dive deeper than rest of your body. Had to sleep 180degrees in bed to maintain stability. There was no night chrtains so from 4.30am the brightness was hitting your eyes from outside with no possibility to hide from it.

A little to expensive for a room that small

The location is good. There is no reception in the hostel, they send you several codes and you have to walk through labyrinths to get to your room, no one answers the phone number you are given, and in order to get out of the hostel I had to call 112 because I couldn't open the door. I don't recommend anyone to stay there. The room smelled terrible of chlorine.

Nothing, I had a terrible experience. The situation was unacceptable. I was unable to enter, as the hostel door was taped shut, the phone number was crossed out, and a note stated ‘out of service.’ As a result, I was forced to find alternative accommodation and I lost money

Very dificult to enter the property ,nobody in receprion, called the phone number on the entrance and the one indicated on the reservatiion for help but no reply. I risked to sleep out on street.. I will never stay in this place again.

The location of the hostel was excellent, right in the Newtown area, very central. The rooms were average in terms of cleanliness, and there were no mirrors inside the rooms. Bathrooms are shared. Overall, it’s a place suitable for those who don’t have high expectations and are just looking for somewhere to rest. I stayed for two nights with a female friend while visiting Warsaw from Lithuania. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the furniture was old, but since we were only there to sleep and didn’t spend much time in the room, it was okay. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in a central location, this place could work well. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay very much. Although the location was great, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were not very clean, and there were no mirrors inside. The beds were uncomfortable and the furniture was quite old. The shared bathrooms were not well-maintained, and it felt a bit unhygienic at times. We only stayed two nights and used the room just for sleeping, but even for a short stay, the comfort level was low. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless your only concern is location and you’re on a very tight budget.

I didn’t like it because they made me sleep outside because after I followed the instructions how to get the keys , there were no keys inside the box , and I called the lady she’s wasn’t helpful, she said there’s nothing she can do ,yet I had all proof of payment, the owners look like a scammer, I have the evidence and I want my money back , because I had to stay outside for the whole night The owner looks like a scammer because she was not helpful, when I couldn’t find my keys to my room number 4 which I had booked , and she wasn’t helpful, She ended up not answering my calls, so I had to spend the whole night outside

The staff never sent us an email about how to get into the hostel (there is no desk staff) so we called the number attached to the booking. The person on the phone was clearly drunk and told us it was our own fault and we definitely got the email telling us how to get in (it was 11 at night in sub zero temperatures). She hung up on us 8 times then an hour later suddenly we get the email how to get in! This place is a scam and deserves no business.

All good. A bit simple and some pictures seemed to be a bit overdone compared to reality.

Just an average hostel for students. Nothing special. Just a place to stay overnight when needed. The room was a bit dirty and worn out.
