One of the receptionists (a girl with glasses) was very rude. Parking is paid

The bed was very comfy and the staff very polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast :)

It is very well designed hotel. It was very clean and the location was good. They have a lot of parking space. Parking could have been a bit cheaper (80 pln a day).

I booked this hotel through Booking.com for €64, and according to my reservation, my dog was already included. However, upon arrival, the receptionist didn’t explain anything or ask for any details. I was simply handed the payment terminal showing €109. Only after I questioned the amount was I told, “It’s for the parking and the dog.” This should have been explained clearly before asking for payment. The whole situation felt unprofessional and misleading. Another disappointment was the location. The hotel gives the impression that it is close to Warsaw’s Old Town, but when I asked the receptionist how to get there, she seemed surprised by the question and told me it would take more than 50 minutes on foot. That was definitely not the impression I had when booking. The room looks more like a hospital room than a hotel. The shower has extremely low water pressure, making it difficult even to take a proper shower. Is “Budget” supposed to apply to the water pressure too? The bed was incredibly uncomfortable – it felt like sleeping on a wooden board covered with a sheet. If you’re used to sleeping on the floor, you might actually like it. The positives: * The room was clean. * It was quiet. * The air conditioning worked well. Overall, I would not stay here again. Be aware that the final price may be significantly higher than expected, and don’t expect a comfortable shower or a good night’s sleep.

not particularly the failure of the hotel but in the afternoon someone in the room next to me kept slamming the doors over and over again so that the wall and the adjacent to it bed was shaking quite a lot!

1. Location 2. Friendly staff 3. Rooms were clean 4. Good breakfast (but no scrambled eggs :-() 1. Shower in a room in a twin room is a risky thing… 2. No place to change clothes in your room when you are travelling with someone and you sleep in the same room 3. Rooms are very small

There was no hairdryer

It has "budget" in its name and it is a budget hotel, worth its price, no more, no less. The location is nice, not in the center, but really close to bus stops. I used public transport to get to the city center and it is easy and cheap. Breakfast was ok, pretty budget too Staff could be a little friendlier
-
Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Good location Breakfast was not worth the money there was a Cafe cloae by that did brunch for the same price and also a lovely bakery down the road that was delicious and cheap. Dont waste your money on the hotel breakfast
-
Room was very small. It is a budget version of course, but the price is not so low, and i did not expect that in the bathroom there wouldn't be enough space for the bath sink and it will be near my bed.
-
Cheap. Decent location. Comfortable. Nice staff. No shampoo in shower. No blow dryer in room. Road noise from window
-
A little bit far from the city center

Location, convenience, price Not enough Light in room - the main light was not working. Parking was expensive. Room was cold, although the aircon did heat it up, the bathroom was freezing because the wall heater barely worked.

It was so small, I trought it woud be more big.
