We stayed there two nights. The staffs weren’t friendly while check-in, but the worst part was they lost ac for quite long time. In the evening I called the front desk to report that our room temperature was over 78, they told me that the engineer was about wrapping out. I expected that meant the repair would be completed soon, but the room temp never went down until we checked out next morning. It was the most uncomfortable stay for us who travel a lot. At check-out, I expressed my disappointment, they told me that the entire hotel’s ac was down and we were not the only ones. No sincere apology for the discomfort and inconvenience the guests had to deal with. Will never go back.

Me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary weekend in dc and the room never got below 74 while staying there for the weekend after talking to staff they told me they would send an “engineer” up to check the a/c that never happened. Along with I was charged an extra hold of $350 for no apparent reason on top of the $150 I knew about when asking the staff they couldn’t provide me an answer. We will not be coming back to this hotel it was an awful experience.

My room was great! Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my stay.

Located at George Washington University campus, just a 4 min walk to the Foggy Bottom metro( easy ride anywhere) or 20 minutes to the Lincoln Memorial. Super friendly staff, valet is available for a fee but parking in the area is high and having dependable parking was great. We were very pleased with our choice for our first stay in Washington DC.

Great location and professional staff.

In the first room, the TV did not work and the phone had no dial tone. In the second room, the TV worked, but again, the phone had no dial tone. In the third room, the TV came on but the screen went black after a few minutes. We also discovered wet carpet near the radiator by the window. Around 11:30 p.m., a staff member offered to move us to a fourth room on another floor. After already moving a crib, a baby, and all of our belongings multiple times, I simply could not manage another room change that late at night. The lack of a working room phone was particularly concerning. As two young women traveling with an infant, I wanted to know that we could quickly reach the front desk or hotel staff if we needed assistance. General safety concerns that women often think about while traveling, including stories involving human trafficking, made the situation even more unsettling for me. I felt anxious and did not sleep well that night. Thankfully, nothing unsafe occurred, but having a functioning room phone would have provided an important sense of security. The next morning, I explained our experience to the front desk and mentioned that I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. The manager was very kind and apologetic and offered a $50 adjustment.

ARC Hotel is a quiet hotel located near the Kennedy Center. The room was nice and well maintained. The A/C was a little noisy but worked well. The lobby has a great snack bar. Valet parking made it easy. Would stay here again.

The property location is really convenient just a 5 min walk to Whole Foods and other good food and we felt really safe and were very warmly welcomed by the staff. Erica and Eskindir were especially helpful during our short stay.
-
The staff were good. Always could use brighter lighting. Good for a short stay. Centrally located if you’re doing college tours, which is what we were here for. overall I’d say it was good.
-
I enjoyed my stay, the bed was very comfortable. A microwave in the room would've been helpful. And amenities in the room like there were in 2020

I was charged at the hotel after I already paid on here. I was charged $205.00 dollars after paying Expedia and a mandatory valet for$55.00 dollars. Not impressed. I live in MN and this is ridiculous. My rent is due today. The woman working at the front desk was not someone I could understand. Or maybe this would not have been a issue.

Location top notch, neighborhood safe and clean, close to metro and all the museums Nothing

One issue - elevators very small and quite slow. It created bottlenecks, especially when cleaning crews were using them with their carts. One cleaning person + cart = full elevator Everything else was very good, I'd stay there again. Just leave a few minutes extra to account for potential elevator wait time
