Great property, staff were all very friendly and helpful, Room was great, me and my son loved the bunk beds. Breakfast & Pizza was very good and very reasonable. Dog friendly. You couldn’t beat the location, walkable to many DC destinations.

Hotel Hive was perfect for us! We were looking for somewhere close to the national mall and the metro station to help us tour DC and hotel hive helped us accomplish that!

The staff at the Bee Hive Hotel are excellent, and the roof top bar 🍸 is not to be missed, but go after opening time of 3pm. Joel Allan Powell

Great stay at a cool, micro-hotel. My daughter is at GWU so Hive is perfectly placed. No, the rooms aren't large, but they are clean, comfortable and modern, and enough for a weekend stay. (Leave your big suitcases at home.) The indoor and outdoor cafe space and roof terrace give you lots of great options for hanging out. Beds are comfy, staff is really great, always ready to help. Food options are fine, free coffee and tea downstairs in the morning. Also loved access to the Balance Gym at the Fairmont—a real gym, not just a sad hotel "fitness center." Yes, you're off of 23rd street, which is noisy, but it's not oppressive and hey, you're in a city. Also close to the GWU metro, which will take you right to DCA. I'll be back!

The room was clean and efficient. Staff was super friendly. Loved the vibe close to everything. They have a roof top bar. Had a huge party up there but I never heard it on my first floor room. Would stay again. Just do not eat there.
