Great shower and bed. Wonderful location The pool wasn't heated. The snack bar was horrifically over priced.

The location is wonderful, and it’s impeccably clean! It’s very expensive for a single Mom budget. I rationalize with the comfort and cleanliness. My son goes to GWU so it’s mandatory stays, but we love it!

Loved everything but should have stayed longer

Great location Some of the staff just didnt seem like they wanted to be bothered with assistance, restaurant was terrible with terrible hours and closed super early. Im talking 10 on the weekends. One gentlemen on the night shift seemed like it was a chore to accommodate guest. Won't be back to that location next time.

The staff at this hotel were professional, friendly and overall excellent. From the front staff to their restaurant staff to the valets. Every single person was accommodating and welcoming. There was an initial incident that led to my family being inconvenienced through no fault of the staff, however, the staff took it upon themselves to rectify the situation, comp us a dinner, and made another room available while we waited for our suite. One person in particular, went out of her way to help the cleaning staff complete their cleaning so that we could move to the correct suite the first night. This is a level of customer service that is not typical and the lady should be rewarded. Truly, this is unheard of. The King Suite that we booked was lovely. The elevators were clean. The towels were fresh. Their restaurant was friendly and fast. I loved their little convenience shop. The only disappointment was the pool which did not look nor smell danish we didn't utilize it. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Also! They had guest laundry facilities that were only $3 per load for the washer and then the dryer. Coins could be purchased at the front desk. ✌️

We were able to check in early. There was an indoor pool. However, you had to pay for breakfast.

Wonderful hotel and location! This is a gem of a hotel, highly recommend.

Location, and staff interactions were very positive Room did not list on line that there was a refrigerator in the room. Emailed the hotel inquiring if there was one. No response. Purchased a collapsible cooler for the trip just to find out that there was a refrigerator when we arrived. Wasted money on a cooler
