Great location and stay for visiting George Washington University

For the rates they charged it was very reasonable.

Super convenient location with walking distance to a Whole Foods and metro station. Very friendly staff!

The rooms are good and staff is very friendly. Location is very convenient and having breakfast included is a plus.

Clean and spacious room, great location. However, the parking fee is too expensive $65/night.

Really enjoyed our stay here. One block from the subway, convenient access to everywhere. Staff were really polite and helpful. Loses a star because there is no pool and because the washing machines were broken.

My stay was great overall, thanks to the excellent breakfast and incredibly helpful staff. However, parking was a significant issue. The hotel charges $70 for parking, and street parking is extremely difficult to find nearby. The cheapest alternative I could find was $40, but it required walking about a mile, which was quite inconvenient.

Excellent breakfast

The location is perfect if you need to be near George Washington Univ. or Hospital. It was a 4 min walk to Foggy Bottom Metro and the hospital. Also caddy corner to Watergate Hotel and a great river boardwalk that leads to upscale restaurants. Check out Filameno’s Italian for a real treat. This all suite hotel was a perfect place for our 12 night stay while daughter had surgery and recovery before travel. The kitchen had stove top & full refrigerator and is well stocked with pots, pans/utensils, toaster, etc. The neighborhood is quiet except for occasional siren heading to hospital. The hotel is extremely quiet except do 1 night due to a family with 4 children that kept slamming doors constantly and loudly. Fortunately they only stayed 1 night and the hall was quiet all of the other 11 nights. It is a short walk to a Whole Foods & several restaurants. The staff at this location is fantastic in every way, and Marcelo and Eric especially went out of their way to patiently answer questions and to assist with any request. The breakfast staff is energetic and efficient and the breakfast buffet food/selection is better quality than other included hotel breakfasts. The housekeeping gals are also eager to please and always professional and helpful. I never witnessed a problem with cleanliness during the entire extended stay. I cannot say enough positive about this property, nor its staff. Book it with no regrets if you have business in the Foggy Bottom area of DC. It appears to be half filled with quiet businesspeople who eat during the first quiet hour of breakfast, and half tourists with families who eat during a much louder, frenzied second breakfast time. Nothing negative about the property. It was convenient to have 2 washer & dryers open on the ground floor, and my husband enjoyed the elliptical and other exercise equipment in the small gym. I’d give the property a 12 if possible.

Good hotel for larger family/group. Hotel location was good with easy Metro access. Property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good but ends early and gets super busy. Parking is insane $71/night after taxes and limited number of spots.

Hotel was great. Staff were great. Room was roomy. The parking is very limited although we never had a problem when we left and returned. The parking garage is really the basement where laundry is done and garbage is kept. Needless to say the area around the trash bins was quite stinky. Very close and walkable to the to the Mall.

We really enjoyed our stay there when visiting DC. Very walkable location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Unit was clean and good size.

Close by a metro station. Wish there were more option for restaurants closer by. Wonderful breakfast bar. Overall a great stay for small family.

Close to everything. 10 min uber to all the sights. 7-11 one block away. Room comfy but a bit aged.

We are a family of six, it was very close to the metro, staff was very nice !

We loved the proximity to the subway station. Georgetown shopping was a quick walk away.

This entire hotel needs a gut renovation. That being said, location is excellent.

First time in Washington DC location was good, room has everything we need for family, staff was wonderful accommodating all our needs including room changes. I highly recommend this place.

Eric was awesome. Location is great. Very close to Metro and 15-20 minute walk to White House or mall. Watergate hotel is not even 5 minutes walking. Full kitchen and separate living room a plus. Wife loved the breakfast. Chill neighborhood. I’d stay here again.
