Comfort Inn Downtown DC/Convention Center

The staff was very unhelpful, when I asked if they had breakfast the only answer I got was yep while she looked around at nothing. She couldn't say yes we do it is on the lower level, nothing. The cleaning staff would come in amd change out the towels and washrags, but never made the bed.

The wi-Fi connection was horrible, definitely not a hotel to stay at, if you are working remotely. The bathroom is too small and it’s outdated, the toilet vibrates when it flush, the water pressure in the sink was very low and the bathtub felt nasty. Only one TV channel was working. The staff could be a little more friendly.

Family room was small. TV only had 1 channeland couldnt be fixed. Ended up moving rooms as kids were climbing the walls. WiFi was patchy and kept dropping out. Breakfast room was good but busy. 2 washing machine ($2 each + dryers (same) next to gym equipment were decent. Location was great.

Booked a king bed but the room we got definitely was not a king size bed.

Its location. The bathroom was dirty, the shower head was broken, the room was too small and crowded by furniture. I have paid for a king size bed and received a room with a queen size bed. The charging station at the night stand wasn’t working. Parking was 3 blocks away. I have never requested for an accessible room but that is what we got. I’m glad we only spent one night in that hotel.

Great location and price. The people were nice. The air conditioner filter seemed to not work well. There was an unpleasant smell every time I entered the room. The bathroom extractor didn't work. The toilet seat looked old and damaged.

Very good location. The room was dirty, with dust in the corners, and the glass covering the posters in the bathroom was stained, making the space look very untidy. Rooms are cleaned only upon request, which is somewhat unusual and unlikely to make much difference. The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned between guests, as the lack of cleanliness seriously affects the overall impression. Breakfast offers very few vegetables and fruits, and disposable tableware is used.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in downtown Washington. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay.
