I needed a clean place with decent space, appropriate breakfast. All in all perfect for business people and also for families.

The rooms were very dark with poor lighting. We arrived at 10p.m. and could just about find the bed.the rooms were warm, but the beds were very old uncomfortable .the bathroom didn't have shower gel. I had to go and ask for a refill in the morning . The breakfast was very good, the lady who served breakfast organised it in a beautiful tastefully way . The coffee was much too string for our taste but I guess that is Belgian coffee for you .all in all I wouldn't stay there again.

In the middle of winter there was no heat in the room at all There is no light in the room apart from the wall lamps.

The breakfast was good and there was a parking lot. There was a lot of noise during the night so I could barely sleep, and the room didn’t have a lot of lights. The bed was also too small.

Nice staff, clean room. Very dark room with almost no lights. Situated next to a nightclub, so didn't sleep at all.

- good price value - nice breakfast - everything clean and tidy - nice view into the fields - staff friendly and all able to speak English - a bit complicated to find, but at least there are enough free of charge parking spots for the car - the shower didn't have a curtain or another way of hindering the water from leaving the shower. So you had to shower carefully to not spread the water in the whole bathroom

Friendly staff, clean room with enough space, breakfast was okay. Dark room, almost no lights. Bar/club party's every night (outside) till around 05:00 in the morning. Communication about Diner: One staff member telling us that It was okay to come for dinner the next day and the next day we got told by another staff member the restaurant was fully booked.

The staff were incredibly pleasant, the room was quite nice and cozy while also being quite spacious, with a very nice bathroom and ability to push together the two beds provided, absolutely wonderful breakfast selection. Also quite close in proximity to Walibi Belgium. The property was in a bit of an off the beat area, which while not bad, meant it was a bit of a drive to do much. Driving into Wavre was about a 7 minute drive for food, for example. Shower wasn't completely closed off so you would get the bathroom floor wet, but that's minor.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. We were slightly concerned about the discotheque next door but, with our room on the first floor we barely heard anything. Great stay

The location was good due to the event in the property’s restaurant I would expect at least a bottle of water upon arrival in the room. Breakfast was nothing more than bread, cheese and ham (poor)
