Great room, clean, and nice location. good parking

If you are allergic to feathers make sure to let the front desk know upon arrival. I was unaware they had feather pillows, as most hotels have gotten rid of them. So glad we brought our own pillows, 3 of my 4 family members are allergic.

Clean. Welcoming. Good linens w/ more than enough towels, etc. Very nice front desk staff. A bit removed from things - restaurants, coffeehouses, stores. A screaming head banging car pulled into drive thru to check in and never stopped the foul language music. It was a bit surprising to me.

nice hotel... good staff... room temperature goes no lower than 69 degrees... not low enough for room comfort while sleeping.

--- **5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — A Comfortable Stay That Checked Every Box** From the moment we walked in, it was clear this hotel takes pride in its rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean — not just surface-level tidy, but the kind of clean that tells you someone actually cares about the details. The room itself was generously sized, which made a huge difference after a long day of travel. There was plenty of space to spread out, move around, and actually feel at home rather than cramped. The location was a real highlight. Walkable access to restaurants and places to explore meant we never felt stuck — just stepped outside and had options right away. That kind of convenience is hard to overstate. But the real standout? The bathroom. The shower was exceptional — great pressure, excellent temperature control, and enough space to actually enjoy it. After a long day on the road, it felt genuinely luxurious. It's one of those things you don't realize you've been missing until you have it. Overall, this stay hit everything I look for: cleanliness, space, a great location, and a bathroom worth writing home about. Would absolutely return and recommend without hesitation. Andrew

They were east to talk to and resolve issues quickly

Very bac noise insulation. You can hear all the noise on the parking lot and in the room next door.

Clean space and friendly staff. Rooms could use some upgrades but overall a convenient hotel to stay when flying into Pangborn. One complaint I have is, the walls are thin. My daughter and I were woken up around 2am to loud talking and doors slamming. This went on for over an hour. Maybe we were just next to inconsiderate people but it was very frustrating. Overall, if I need to stay in Wenatchee again. I would consider this on my short list.

Clean facilities, comfortable bed and room. The shower was really pleasant as well. The staff was particularly friendly and accommodating to us, and our service animal. No complaints about the staff whatsoever, they were great. Location was pretty good. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was just ok. Even for quick-made items, they were extremely low quality. Paper-thin bacon, runny eggs, and coffee that tasted like it was reheated from the day before. Parking was AWFUL. For a hotel this size, one would think they would have dedicated parking facilities. Even though it seemed they were heavily booked the night we stayed, we still had to park in an adjacent shopping center 300 yards down the street.

I informed the staff after check in that our room was 75 and not cooling off. It was 80 degrees when we got back from dinner. I asked to please be moved and was given a room without the ability to turn the air conditioner off. Probably around 60 degrees when we woke up, which was better than hot! But pretty uncomfortable and we won’t return. Staff was nice, rooms (both of them!) were clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is well layed out and clean and modern. Like the hooks on the wall to hang things. Kitchen area is too tiny. Hard to even deal with the ice bucket. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately this hotel is noisy, on a busy road. And there was some kind of construction going on with a constant grinding noise. AND there were families here for baseball tournaments and the families were talking loudly and kids running up and down the halls until well after 11:00 pm.
