SureStay Hotel by Best Western Wenatchee

The room was clean and spacious, and parking and checking in/out were very easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area needs attention; the pool itself has tiles falling off, and some dirt was settled in the bottom. The lounging chairs were also all ripped apart. The cabana and large deck area are the most appealing part of the property, so having it well maintained would go a long way.

The room was clean and quiet. The mattress was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just right to start the day!

The pool is fun!

It's an older property, but it was in a good location for what we needed. It has an overpowering scent of disinfectant spray or something that's hard to get used to. It was a bummer that we couldn't get early access to the pool since we were there before our room was ready.

No information about breakfast time, not orally at check-in, no information sheet, nothing in the room, nothing on the website they sent me the URL by text (which I hate by itself). When I arrived it was already closed. I left hungry and will never come back.

Like the rooms I just wish there was a small table to eat our food. We were there for a conference for a week and ate in the room. The pool was great. I got to go in for a couple of days , but due to the fires it was closed a couple of days. :(. Not their fault. I think the breakfasts could use some help. The waffles were good, biscuits and gravy. But I would put boxed cereal and carton milk. Maybe bagels. The cereal container seemed to crunch the cereal and stale. Coffee was a bit strong. Maybe label urns strong medium and water. Cream cheese and variety of jelly’s. Variety of creamers. You have the space to put a table top fridge to put cartons of milk and the yogurt. Little packets of syrup. Instead of the big container. Maybe wrapped muffins, danishes. Some people were at the front desk doing nothing and could be checking on stock replenishing items. Removing garbage. Cleaning tables. I know there isn’t much space for large breakfasts but those little things make a difference instead of being so monogamous. Yes I have worked in the hospitality service for a long time. :)

Location meet my needs Room was not the cleanest I have seen. Especially in the bathroom. Corners were left dirty. Same for general room. Surface was ok, but detail cleaning was missed

Reasonably priced, clean, helpful staff, good location. Breakfast choices a bit lacking but overall a good stay!

Everything is okay and accepfsible

My daughter and I stayed two nights and had the best time! It had everything we needed and we felt safe the whole time. Would highly recommend :)

I came and stayed because I was working a gorge event. We checked in fairly late and the desk staff was very courteous and polite. When we got into our hotel room, it was clean and everything seemed to be in order. What we began to notice was that the air conditioner was making the room extremely moist. I would wake up in the middle of the night with my skin being physically wet. When I got up in the morning to get ready to leave my clothing that was on the chair by the air conditioner was damp when I put it on. There was also no body wash in the shower. Because we were there to work the event we got in very late each night and left right after waking up in the morning. It didn’t allow for much time to speak with the hotel to rectify the situation. When I brought it to their attention upon checkout, I was told by the manager that it’s not moist in the room it is in fact, humid because the air conditioner was working to keep the room cool when it was 100° outside. She said she stays on property in the room next-door and it’s the same way and that is normal. I told her that it was not humid and was in fact wet.

This is a typical 1970s two-story motel on a busy street. Would not choose to stay there again. Had a very perfume odor when you walked in the back door. our room had a musty smell. it was clean, however.

It was loud all night, I got 2 hours of sleep due to the noise in the hallways and above me

The staff was amazing! So nice and it was a very busy Fourth of July weekend.
