Clean room. Great room service.

Amazing hotel. Great location in West Hollywood. The staff were so helpful.

So this is an interesting review because while the staff was super nice, friendly and accommodating we had an issue with our TV right when we checked in and asked 3 times to get it fixed but to no avail. The staff, bellhop were fantastic and the room was super nice… but, I felt it lacked for the nearly $800 a night price tag. We didn’t get a chance to try any food or use the amenities but our friends who stayed said the pool was packed on a Saturday afternoon and the vibe was great! Valet can be messy with Ubers just parking wherever they want in a small area.

Will stay here again. Great hotel.

Nice enough! I was there for a speaking event which was great!! they hotel itself was jsut okay...it is listed as a luxury hotel but the rooms are jsut OK. the blankets and style of the rooms are a little old looking. the showers dont work very well. it feels very industrial which maybe is on purpose but jsut wasnt executed well in my opinion. the bar and entry rooM seem to have a cool fun LA vibe. the food at the restaurant was just OK. I ordered room service a few times and I didnt relaly enjoy the food but it was bad. ALL in all it was fine place ot stay but I wouldnt call it luxury and for the price id rather stay other places. Great location though!

Room wasn’t ready. Room so noisy. Downstairs foyer so noisy like walking through a college frat party. Terrible

I paid for a city view but got a room facing the street with a lot of noise in the middle of the night
