Toilet did not work when we came in and had no maintenance to fix it, rooms and hallways smelled of cigarettes

The room was very spacious which was nice. The hotel could really use some updating. Rugs need to be replaced. The restroom in the lobby was not able to be used. The cart for luggage was broken and hard to use.

It was convenient to my event and close to shopping. The shower looked liked it hasn't ever been cleaned. There was a dusty sock that has been left untouched in a cabinet. Hair on the shower curtain.

The room was ok. It had a bit of a smell, the air conditioner made noise when it turned on and the kitchen floor was greasy. It was better than the Red Roof Inn.

Nothing It was filthy!!!! I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. My sister sat on the bed and got bit by bugs, we left within 10 mins.

Nice room. We got a king bed and kitchenette which included a stove, full fridge, microwave, sink and island. The room was spacious for two people comfortably. The location is also nice. I would come again to this location

It was clean and in a decent location I only saw a staff member at check in so I had to leave key card on the desk and leave due to needing to leave for work.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff who I interacted with were friendly. Even most of the guest also. Loved the amenities in the room for the price. Full kitchenette, stove, refrigerator and a desk. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with lower back pain and I do not have back issues. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on concrete with a mattress pad. The kitchenette could use a refresh.

Our room had a pungent odor. The hallway smelled strongly of urine. Our two requests to the staff went unanswered. There was no hairdryer in the room.

Unfortunately, the kitchen sink was never wiped down or washed before I arrived. There are no garbage or trash cans to be found. When I walked, the floor was tacky.

The breakfast was coffee and tea and oat meal packs. They had roaches in the laundry room. They stove was very nasty as well as the oven. The fridge was ok and the staff was nice

Lack of communication from property/ management. Still waiting on a refund from 5/7, 5/8. No response from management or booking.com

Outside looks nice. Bed was comfortable. Inside very drab. It smelled stale like previous food that had been cooked. Toilet was not attached to the floor. Breakfast was very minimal and coffee was not great. It was inexpensive compared to others in the area which and we needed it for just one night. Will not stay again.

Unfortunately, this was not great. First there were too many unsavory smells here. The lobby looked fine, but the elevator smelled unclean and was. The carpeted hallways of floors 1 and 3 were not clean or vacuumed properly - debris and hair. The hallway itself en route to our room had a collection of foreign, musty smells emanating from the various rooms. Finally, our room smelled like a French fry. The room itself was clean, shower was good. We opened the window and used an air freshener thrn it was fine. We asked for plates, utensils, cups, coffee mugs and politely got them. However, contrary to the posted sign in our room, coffee makers were not available. When we asked the very nice man at the desk he replied that coffee makers had been phased out 2 years ago! There was one tiny shampoo bottle for two of us. We asked again the nice man at the desk and he generously gave us several more. The shower in was nice, clean towels and plenty of them, but the kitchen area floor was grimy and again, the carpet not pleasant. TV was more than sufficient, The breakfast was paltry: packaged muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal pkgs, no dried cereal, fruit or cold water. Coffee bar for breakfast was not up when I went downstairs a little after 9. Myself and another guest asked for it and the very nice morning desk clerk complied after 10-15 mins. I don't think I would stay again unless I see reviews which correct these shortcomings. $160 doesn't seem to buy very much anymore.
